Im going to do cardio daily with weights 3 to 4 x per week
Breakfast- 3 eggs and 4 slices of bacon

dinner- made this to take to work with me, Grilled shrimp, broccoli, and asparagus
late snack- since ill be up till 4-5 am made some meat and cheese rolls with avacado
Good luck to you. And although I wouldn't do it as carbs are you best fuel source, if this isn't something you plan on sticking with, you're better off not doing it. I can't tell you in 18 years of training how many people I've seen go on some diet, get to a goal, and then go back to what they were doing and gain back all the weight and then some. I've always found that a balance diet with moderation is the best. And one of the most important thing in addition to overall caloric intake is to have proteins and carbs in each meal to keep your blood sugar balance. And although this doesn't apply to you in your situation, I would suggest to others having problems with weight gain to become aware of the glycemic index. It does look like you've made some nice progress from where you were.
this is me around my heaviest, probably 4-5 years ago, id guess somewhere around 330-340 in this picture
this is me around 3 years ago after doing atkins diet and getting on a good workout plan, probably right around 245-250 lbs in this photo
don't worry, he'll tell you. these fn millenials can't do a damn thing in this world without telling everyone about it on facebook and, apparently, therxforum.I'm curious what your weight training program entails. Heavy or lighter weights with more reps?
