Ive done Atkins/keto a time or two in my life and your results are very similar to mine. First 2 weeks drop about 15 lbs which ends up about 20lbs the first month. Then it gets in a normal weight loss routine which is about 2 to 2.5 lbs. per week. So if you want to drop 40 its going to take a little over 3 months but after that, you have to work out (cardio) and eat right. But we all know that!! What kills me is the drinking, lack of working out (cardio), eating and drinking too many calories and sitting at a desk all day. Good luck, lay off the booze, try to get in at least 30 minutes of cardio 4 days a week, eat healthy and it should stay off.
Cardio overkill...

No cardio is needed if you “eat right” like stated,and work out consistently.

checking in with everyone. Im still rocking the diet, every so often ill still have a cheat meal if i found my appetite being shot and then I get right back on the wagon. Been really busy with work teaching a blackjack class and learning a new position, so I haven't been working out as much, but still eating well overall. continue to lose weight, but more dramatically inches. Keep finding clothes I ate my way out of starting to fit again, so its like shopping in my own closet.

how about in november you start one so we can track you putting all the weight back on, and then some?

obviously you're either some freaky closet narcissist or have absolutely no willpower so need to publicize your antics to keep on track. clearly the latter since anyone that needs to use naked women avatars for attention has some serious self-esteem issues

if your not having regular bowel movements its pretty bad for your health. the time it takes for a meal to pass through you tells a lot about your overall health. the longer it sits the more time bacteria can grow and lead to other problems like colon cancer or autoimmune disease. eating something that backs up your intestines or doesnt pass through well can have more affect that just a stomach ache. taking a shit is ridding you of that toxins and will make you feel better along with improving your health. the longer it sits the worst off it is for your health. The average american walks around with an extra 10 pounds of fecal matter in their digestive track per day. thats literal shit and bacteria just sitting in your body. sounds stupid but its true. nobody may care but what comes out of your body tells you a lot about whats going on in there so it is important for health reasons.
