Im going to do cardio daily with weights 3 to 4 x per week

I realize you are restricting carbs with this diet. However, if you have a small amount of fruit prior to your cardio sessions it will burn off after the first 20 min...but it will give you some energy to get through it.
That 20 minutes of carbs gives your body time to start breaking down fat stores exclusively for the rest of the cardio session.

Stick to your plan though and see how it goes...just wanted to add another option for you.

Breakfast- 3 eggs and 4 slices of bacon

snack- snacked on some deli meat and a slice of string cheese

dinner- made this to take to work with me, Grilled shrimp, broccoli, and asparagus

late snack- since ill be up till 4-5 am made some meat and cheese rolls with avacado

Nothing wrong with low carb - I do it all the time - it's just not sustainable for the 99% of the population - the most important thing is calories

breakfast- got up late as a i got to bed around 5am, so breakfast was some chicken salad and peporoni slices

snack- celery with peanut butter on it (pb is by far one of my favorite foods, its keto friendly, but not cheap, so mixing this in every few days keeps me sane).

dinner- will be grilling steak and chicken with peppers and onions and make my own fajita bowls

dessert- planning on making some suger free Jell-O and have cool whip for a sweet treat

weighed myself this morning, down a little over 6 lbs in these 3.5 days and stilling peeing purple on the keto test strips

Good luck to you. And although I wouldn't do it as carbs are you best fuel source, if this isn't something you plan on sticking with, you're better off not doing it. I can't tell you in 18 years of training how many people I've seen go on some diet, get to a goal, and then go back to what they were doing and gain back all the weight and then some. I've always found that a balance diet with moderation is the best. And one of the most important things, in addition to overall caloric intake, is to have proteins and carbs in each meal to keep your blood sugar balanced. And although this doesn't apply to you in your situation, I would suggest to others having problems with weight gain to become aware of the glycemic index. It does look like you've made some nice progress from where you were.

im using this to jump start my weight loss and get my body in a position where Im healthy enough to live on a non restricted diet. I lost the weight, go in relationships and got lazy like alot of people. nights running or hitting the gym were replaced by takeout and movies at home and just not being active. working nights and planning a wedding last September made it easy to be lazy and take away my free time. turning 33 at the end of June, want to set myself up to be in a better position for the next 10 years, so as of now im viewing this as a 60-90 detox of my body and mind, to get me back to where im working out multiple times a week and feeling better. so the goal is 40-60 lbs depending if I do 2 months or 3 months

Ate some chicken salad and a piece of string cheese. heading to the park to get a few miles in, 80s and sunny here today. Planning on make some chicken wings and asparagus for dinner tonight. Franks red hot has no carbs or sugar, so ill be doing that with butter to cut it little bit

Spot on man.

I've lost 15-20 using Keto a few times before and always put it back on. Properly balanced diet yields slower but sustainable results.

Kick off with a low carb diet and then move over to healthier eating choice - regardless, the only that that really matters is calories

Have you blended butter and MCT oil into your coffee yet? sounds nasty but it's delicious.

I'm curious what your weight training program entails. Heavy or lighter weights with more reps?
