Okay

thanks for clarifying .

There are studies that show its efficacy. The internet publishes results of studies - for ALL to see .

With ANYTHING , money will be an engine . Just because money is backing something DOES NOT mean it's crap

do you know what money cannot buy ?

Pure Results of a randomized controlled study

one last time , do you have ANY data to support your statement that the Low Carb diet and /keto diet is the reason for our horrorifc obesity trend ?

Wouldn't any low carb diet work well for someone to lose weight ? of course you need to exercise as well

I know all I have to do is Look at a carb and I gain weight ... LOL ( just kidding) but Carbs are Not my friend at all

Once I cut back on the carbs and fill up on Protein, plus the 2+ miles of fast walking, the pounds drop off

weight loss and winning at gambling have been and always will be a long term approach to be successful. you have to be smart with what you do and calculated. when you go outside of the regiment you typically dont fair well. to be successful long term you will have good and bad weeks but as long as you stay disciplined you will be okay. trying to become rich over the weekend or lose weight in two weeks is just for suckers. make a full change and the results come in time.

all depends on what your goal is. want to lose weight quick, sure atkins and low carb works. want to improve overall health permanently then i would say atkins and keto need some changes but thats just my opinion. i have not tried atkins or keto but every person i know that has done either wants to see immediate results so i think they are playing to the lazy crowd looking for a quick fix. in essence they are touts selling to people who dont know any better.
Someone gets it...

its a quick fix,a diet,life isn’t a diet...it’s a set up for failure because it ends in 8 weeks.

How long can u deflect ?

where is the Evidence to support your claim ?

LINK? How many times does a person have to ask , u Clown !?

i dont think the question was to me but ill answer it. no there is no data to support the claim but i think we now live in a world where people are taught that they can get rich, healthy, and experts on something over night. just because it was successful for one doesnt mean that it will work for all. people also assume that because a person may have money that they are an expert or that someone is skinny and they are healthy. remember the pills like hydroxycut and trimspa which made people lose weight? an overnight fix to a permanent problem-eating habits. no i dont agree that atkins or keto help create a society of obesity but i do think the concept that anyone can look the way they want in 90 days is ridiculous because its addresses only one part of the problem which is appearance, not health. you want somethiing, work for it and over time you will have it. this isnt just a diet thing its a society thing along all walks of life where people feel they should have something by tomorrow.

long story short no there is no data but i can promise you that for actual results in health a balance diet and exercise over time will produce better results that any 90 day program. people see spring and think summer is around the corner and this can fix my problem in a short time.....it cant. you will fall into the same habit come fall and you wont be any better off for it.

without any data to support it i would imagine most people who took a 90 day fix or a diet pill became overweight once the weather turned cold again. i dont have data to support it but i believe it. there is a reason gym memberships spike in january, people fatten up in the winter.

its a theory of mine but no i dont have facts to support it

Money drives the ride ,esp in ur country - it will drive the car , right or wrong

it allows for powerful lobbyists to lead policy

sadly , this is the truth . Tremendous collateral damage .

I don't think I could go without potatoes and bread.

Are you planning on doing any weightlifting with the diet?

Spot on man.

I've lost 15-20 using Keto a few times before and always put it back on. Properly balanced diet yields slower but sustainable results.

"I'm going to do cardio"

LOL ok, let me know how that's working out in 6 weeks

we shall see, i have dropped 48 lbs in 6 weeks before on atkins diet, the cardio does not bother me, its just the mind set of going to do it everyday or 6/7 days etc

my keto strips should be in today, so ill test my urine in the morning and see if my body has enter ketosis yet, as today will be my third full day restricting carbs and sugars, seems to take 2-10 days to fully enter.

Hard boiling some eggs right now, will come back and have egg salad and bacon after my walk
