No, I've never wavered. Keep trying though.

Manning
Rodgers
Brees
Luck
Rivers (although I reserve the right to put Brady back in the top 5 at any moment as he's looked phenomenal lately).

Absolutely preposterous

Your top 5 is solid.
Only other QB I would consider putting in Rivers spot is Big Ben.

Big Ben and Rivers are 5 and 6, or 6 and 5.
Those 2 are too close to call IMO.

Then Romo after that to round out the top 7 before a slight drop off for 8 to 10.

Only idiot posters discount a QB for 1 bad game.

Only idiot posters would suggest a QB who has never won a conference championship game, or really any big game, is better than a Hall of Fame QB that has been to 5 super bowls.

As a thought experiment, there is not 1, not a single, NFL GM who faced with the prospect of winning a conference championship game would select Rivers over these QB's listed in order of SB/Conf Championship Game appearances

Brady
Manning
Big Ben
Brees
Rodgers

Also selected before Rivers would be Flacco, Luck, and possibly Romo.

Which is how we know Rivers isn't in the top 5.

Thanks for participating.

No wonder you thought Denver was free money on Sunday, makes sense now atleast

Atleast you know Luck is better than Wilson now, you're learning

Just spent 3 mins trying to figure out how to put Defyings "and for what? some yards and TDs?" quote under my screen name but too stupid to figure it out

One problem I see is that they better start upgrading their protection of Luck. The guy takes way too many hits game after game.

Agreed, just cause he is built like Roethlisberger doesn't mean he needs to take the punishment he has taken

I must have missed that one Harry.

Defying says so

Luck has the best situation imaginable. He's played with a great D... He has always had a OL... He has extremely talented WRs.... He plays in the worst division in football by a mile... IMO, he's at the pinnacle of his career...

Media just loves him. Every one assumes he's the best. Tonight Gruden said "he's barely missed any passes" When he was 22 of 42... Only missed 20 completions....

My bad.
I did not realize brady was not on his list.
I just assumed in my sub conscience that Brady would be on the list so I just assumed he was on it.

What does this have to do with the Bears or Cutler? WTF?

First Chop tries to turn the thread into a Jimmy Graham/Gronk thread, now this?

This thread would be hilarious reading but I'll pass for now. Defying is unintentionally funny. Not a fan of his. There is no great qb coming along for at least 2 years and Luck is 25 compared to all of the other greats being in their mid 30's besides Rogers. The colts are not even that good but when you have a great qb, everyone looks better than they really are. There was a reason the colts went from winning 12 games every season to the 1st pick in the draft when Peyton misses the year. Besides Luck, Wayne, Hilton, and Mathis most couldn't name 3 other good players on the team and Mathis is out all year and Wayne is getting up there.

How about Indy last night or TCU Saturday? Don't cherry pick a loss just to be a dick.

We aren't talking about their QB pedigree. We're talking about how each NFL QB is playing right now.

Brady looked horrendous early on. Now he looks great. Rivers looked great, now looks bad.

My favorite is the liberal ESPN acting like Wilson is in Andrew Lucks league. ESPN will take an average black qb and elevate them to elite.

Wilson is in the top 10 of the league. I think he's a bit better than average but whatever you want to think is fine.
