More than 1% obviously... Yeah I definitely like Tannehill... but I don't like Luck...

He misses a lot of throws... He holds the ball... He can make every throw.. He has the legs... but he just doesn't pass the eye test.

He's been crowned the next Manning by just about everyone, to your point.... And for what? Bunch of yards and TDs... I'm not saying he's bad... I'm saying he's not top tier.. and I don't think he ever will be...

I think the fact that Tannehills completion ratio is higher would SHOCK 99% of NFL fans... He gets to play the JAGS, TITANS 4x a year. Inflated. overhyped.

I know I would get massacred for this thread.

Best Way I can put it, if Athletes were Stocks, Luck would be 3x overvalued. The world has already accepted he's the next manning and going to win Multiple SBs and that irks me. No way you can BUY Luck stock that high and the fact the entire world has...

Ok Stevie Wonder.

When I watch Luck play I say "holy shit, that guy can make every single throw on the field."

I'm not sure what you're watching out there. He's a top 5 NFL QB right now and makes all the throws look so easy.

No, it's EXACTLY my point.
You all, and media included, has crowned Luck as the best of his Era Already... It's so frustrating to me.

Defying, you had the NYG in the contest didn't you? Did you let your hate for Luck make this play?

I actually am with Defying on this one. I respect that Luck is a good guy but the way many gush about him is beyond ridiculous. What exactly has he won in this league again? Grant it, he has time to win but the way many go on about him, you would think he already has won something of significance. He is not even in my top 5 QB in the league.

jeez tough crowd...I can't speak to all the media gushing stuff. Even if that is true, can't really let it effect your objectivity about how good a player is....

But I think he is the best under 30 QB and top 5 QB in the league right now. That isn't a remotely unique opinion though

This is almost as bad as if someone would say something like Jeff Francour is going to be the next Mickey Mantle.

But the issue is the media and coaches/experts gushing over his play has to be separated from how good he is. The two things don't go hand-in-hand.

I don't really care what anyone says about him...don't pay attention to that. I see what I see and I see an absolute stud out there.

But Defying does not think Mike Trout is special either.

Apparently special is a very very special word.

I mean really, who wants that weak shit out of a QB? Yards and TDs? That's all he can do?

Kick the XP after the TD and maybe Defying will give you some props

If 32 GMs were polled and we'll say 300 scouts. What % do you think would take Tannehill over Luck?

I'm willing to concede you might know something the rest of us don't but how unique of an opinion do you think this is?

Maybe 1% side with you max? I think decent chances its 0

Off topic.

If you polled 32 GMS how many would say Gronk is better then Graham?

One of the best young players I've seen in a very long time.

Defying, do you think K. Durant is going to be one of the most prolific scorers the NBA has ever seen?

again,proving my point....
that's bold...

Me saying this shouldnt be 99% against me... what has done to EARN this... Saying LUCK WILL BE AS GREAT AS PEYTON AND WILL WIN MULTIPLE SUPERBOWL!! GUARANTEED LOCK! That should be controversial. Not the fact that I say he's not.....

I should have said it like EveryGamblersDream, but I rather get jumped by theRX apparently.

I do see what you are getting at. I am not saying he is awful but top 5 I don't see it. Forget the building around aspect, just straight up at this moment, would you really take him over (in no order)

Brees, Brady, Manning, Rodgers, Stafford, Big Ben, etc....
