11-5... 6-0 Against TEN, JAX, HOU... 5-5 rest of league

That's the very legit knock on Luck.

The Colts are good, but not great. They beat up on crappy teams and get steamrolled when they play a real opponent. They'll win the AFC South by default and go on to host a playoff game. But if they get to the divisional round and have to play someone like Denver or NE on the road, my guess is it will be lights out again.

If most teams (read: probably all) played Denver or NE on the road they would be decent sized underdogs.

He beat B'more, Cincy this year. They were competitive @Denver and lost by a TD.

Last year they outright beat Denver when Denver was undefeated. Whats a guy gotta go 16-0? Beat Seattle/Sf last year as well.

There is not a single team in the NFL that would not trade two #1's and any single player off their team of Indy's choice for Luck.
Not one single team would turn that down.

Not even Green Bay.

Not a single one.

None, nada, zilch, zip.

How about a wager pats.

JG has more yards and TDs the next 8 game then Gronk?

Gronk is on bye this week. Even though I think Gronk is better than him doesn't really speak to what I'm saying. Graham plays all his games indoors while Gronk is gonna be playing some games in bad conditions down the stretch. Then you factor in Gronks injury history, etc

Probably a tossup

There is 0% chance that Green Bay would make that deal. Lots of teams would though.

Luck is a stud and the Colts did the right thing not signing Manning a couple years ago...

NE cannot win the Superbowl without Gronk.....

I'd say 25% would say Gronk is better than Graham.
Enfuego, I think you mean 25 out of the 32 GMs would say Gronk is better (and that's being generous).

Regarding luck, if you're starting a franchise today, 70% of GMs, scouts, coaches etc would want Luck as their #1 overall pick

I think Luck gets a SB win.

He seems to have that drive and work ethic it takes to be that successful. Guy eats, sleeps, and shits football.

He'll get one.

Ok Stevie Wonder.

When I watch Luck play I say "holy shit, that guy can make every single throw on the field."

I'm not sure what you're watching out there. He's a top 5 NFL QB right now and makes all the throws look so easy.

We are 2 days removed from you saying Rivers is a top 5 QB (he is not even close).

I think you have about 8 guys in your top 5 QB list.

No, I've never wavered. Keep trying though.

Manning
Rodgers
Brees
Luck
Rivers (although I reserve the right to put Brady back in the top 5 at any moment as he's looked phenomenal lately).

I think 25 out of 32 would take JG over Gronk right now.

Gronk is good but very injury prone. JG is the far superior athlete.

Was curious from above posts, found it an interesting prop, just for fun i looked over the schedule - week 11 to week 17 (NE has bye week 10). Straight up it's Jimmy - 4 home games & 3 road (4 indoor and 2 outdoor) and combined opponents record of 25-32-2 . NE has 3 home, 4 away games (1 indoor and 6 outdoor) and opponents combined record is 32-26. I wonder what people would think the line would be on this.

Your top 5 is solid.
Only other QB I would consider putting in Rivers spot is Big Ben.

Big Ben and Rivers are 5 and 6, or 6 and 5.
Those 2 are too close to call IMO.

Then Romo after that to round out the top 7 before a slight drop off for 8 to 10.

Only idiot posters discount a QB for 1 bad game.
