I'm rooting for him to break the the record which is 0-46 for non pitchers.
He set a record for lowest batting average in history with a stellar .168 last season.

In the middle of a 7/161 contract !

That has to top them all, even Ells bury, I'll let you guys come up with the name , but that should take about 5 seconds with the sports fanatics here !

And at the end of the day he is absolutely filthy rich

baseball contracts are the absolute worst for anyone but the player.

especially pitcher contracts. A guy could go 22-3 this year with a 1.73 era and fuck his arm up next spring training, Miss 2 full seasons and come back the 3rd season and get rocked

For the debate on “ if you could be a pro athlete at any sport what would it be”.

This is why the answer is baseball.

Plus it is no where near as physically demanding as say NFL, Hockey, or even basketball. You can possibly play until age 40, maybe even 45 if a pitcher, fat asses like Bartolo Colon and David Wells played that long.

BAS , I wouldn't be surprised if at all if he was using steroids or something.

0 for 44 and a .168 for an entire season is laughable

he is so completely lost at the plate. almost feel bad for the guy but considering the amount he is making you cant have much sympathy for him.

He almost certainly had to be on the roids a few great , even almost historic seasons capped by something like 53 homers and 138 rbi one year huge contract until about age 37, off the drugs and drops to .168 and that's no small sample more like 400-500 at bats and now 0 for 44. If he was young, he'd be in the minors about a year ago, now the Oreos sure can't trade him, they're sure to finish in 5th place, might as well play him or release him

i honestly never though adderall was much of a performance enhancing drug but seems i was wrong about that.

I took it for awhile. It helped my work performance greatly but coming down off of it was something I could only do with the help of alcohol. Made my anxiety high as a kite long after the work day ended

Dude shouldn't have been a MLB starter before this streak started. Shows how incompetent the Orioles franchise is.
