I have a good feeling on the Brewers today as well gyno. Gallardo will have a great game and I think it is a great bounce back spot for them after a tough one yesterday, feels like a good spot at that price.

just read this - completely agree

Anyone have good info on he Houston/Cinci game?
Fletcher is behind homeplate so I'd like to bet under but it's tough in that park.

No real lean on the Dodgers/Rockies game tonight. Anxious to see if Kershaw keeps it up. Too many conflicting stats for me to play it though.
2-0-1 on dodger plays.

rangers record: 1-0

two righties throwing tonight. Both young, seattle pitcher making his debut and supposed to be pretty good. It's going to take a go through before texas will be able to get a feel for him. Plus, wind is blowing in - will make a hard time for lefties to go yard and hang the ball up.

Under 8.5 in the ranger game.

Bol

tough lineup to start your career against..i took the rangers tt o 4.5 :toast:

good luck

My thoughts on Dodgers game, in case you missed them.. Kershaw is completely for real.. Kershaw had better road stats then home stats. Kershaw is one of the more consistent pitchers in all of baseball and IMO is a top 5 pitcher..

I think he wins the NL Cy Young. Do not wager against him with confidence, he is ready to show the world who the best is..

4/5 Dodgers @ COLORADO

I always feel the Dodgers offense is better on the road, more explosive.. More HR's and so forth.

Now some might look at Kershaw's 5.59 ERA @ Coors and might think he struggles there, but that really isn't the case when you dig a little deeper.

Kershaw struggled in 2008 in Coors, but improved a lot in 2009 and was VERY good in Coors in 2010.

In 30 Innings @ coors last season he had a 2.10 ERA and .182 OPP BA.. So see thats a very misleading stat that 5.59 ERA @ coors.

So don't worry about Kershaw in this game, he will be fine.

Dodgers BP is very solid, but the jury is still out on Broxton.. He has 3 saves, but he has given up 2 HRs and isnt getting any strikeouts and isn't throwing the ball over 90mph as often as he should.. Guy was throwing almost a 100 at one time.. I'm personally very concerned.

Dodgers bats have done well.. Kemp is on fire, Either is doing good.. Other players are alright..

Chacin has to go two days later than expected which is never a good sign. He is a very solid pitcher though. He has done well against the Dodgers 2.87 ERA .250 OPP BA

dodgers -105 is what I wagered on..

Sorry bout the D-Backs play if anyone followed. Cubs pen struggled like I anticipated but Cashner was sharp and Enright was really bad

I'm not an Astros expert but I have some thoughts.. I bet Astros +157 last night..

Astros +157

JA Happ vs Mike Leake and we're getting almost 8/5?

Mike Leake this spring:
7.57 ERA

Mike Leake last season:
1.51 WHIP .292 OPP BA
4.56 ERA @ home

JA HAPP Career Stats
19-9 1.30 WHIP 3.27 ERA

Might want to take some First 5 inn, in case BP messes it up..

Astros lineup hit the Phillies good pitching better than expected.. Lee Sanchez johnson and pence all did well..

Leake is no Halladay or Lee..

Astros +157
Maybe some +1.5 -135 if you want..

Solid doggie here.

I don't think anyone thought Cashner would do that today. If he is anything less than excellent it is a win for us as the bullpen was about what we all expected. We got +130 on a game that was probably a coin toss, no problem for me. Keep em coming.

Thanks for the info Gyno.
I'll jump on that Dodger play with you. Looks like some wind is blowing toward the right foul pole. And with a righty on the mound for the Rockies, hopefully the lefty batters (Ethier, loney etc) can jump on him.
Grabbin a beer and a burrito for this one.
Thanks again.

Holy Moly.... Nick Swisher makes the most unathletic play in the world... 3 runs score, (all were running full count), 4-4...... Tough one, but I'll take the split, I thought the 1H Under was sunk for sure....Oh well on to tomorrow.

PS this just comes to mind and really pisses me off, Yankees up 4-0, why bring in Soriano???, he gets a 1-2-3 inning your not going to Rivera anyway. He just threw last night. Have Robertson start the inning...Bad Bad move by Girardi tonight.

4-2 ytd leans.

It wasnt a Bad Pirates game tonight, if you took the RL you won, and my Under lean hit also. Unfortunately they just didnt get the timely hit in the late innings and the Cards did. McDonald walked a few in his 5 innings but the Cards didnt hit the cover off the ball either, Pujols came through hitting the ball softly through the infield and a sac fly for 2 rbis.

Tomm the Buccos going against C Carpenter, they have been striking out more than any team in the majors and I dont see that stopping with Carpenter. The Cardinals havent been hitting the cover off the ball so I may lean U7 @ +105. Possibly the Cardinals RL also @ +105. I see a 4-1 Cards maybe 3-2 again. I dont see the Over hitting without the Cards RL hitting. Good Luck everyone

Apr 06 923 MIN TWINS [C. PAVANO -R] +147 o10½-120 +1½-135
7:10 PM 924 NY YANKEES [F. GARCIA -R] -157 u10½EV -1½+115

Weather: rain is in the forecast from 8pm on. i will keep on it.

The Yankees are coming off an absolute terrible loss. CC retires 17 straight, Yanks up 4-0 cruising along. Soriano came in, granted he didn't have it, was topping out at 92, location wasn't there. Why he was in this situation is beyond me, this his 3rd appearance in 5 games! Robertson hasn't gotten any work, did I mention the score was 4-0? Then came Nick Swisher's horror show of an effort on a bloop double, that scores 3 runs, ties the game at 4 and ruins the under, Side note Derek Jeter got over powered pitch after pitch against a 80-85% Joe Nathan, before striking out to end the game. Moving on.

Carl Pavano has actually had good success in the past against current Yankees, .207 ba in 87 ABS. Pavano did get shelled in his first outing. Freddy Garcia hasn't had much success vs the Twins. Current Twins own a 302 ba. 45-149 8 homers, and an obp of 403. Joe Mauer and Kubel absolutely own Garcia, Young Morneau and Thome have faired well.

It is hard to get a feel on this matchup, the fan in me says the Yanks will bounce back after a bad loss, the gambler in me says take the Twins, maybe in the first half. Hard to expect what your going to get from each starter, will Pavano bounce back? this is Garcia's first start as well, so who knows how it goes. With rain in the forecast, i'm not feeling the total. I have no official lean on this one, but gun to my head. Twinkies 1H

Rangers games record: 2-0

I going with Seattle behind Felix Hernandez today. With the exception of one bad game last year, King Felix handled the Rangers well. Texas' bats hold only a .250 batting average against him. Also, the wind should help keep the ball in the park.

Speaking of wind, it's blowing in from right at 22 mph with gusts. This wind is going to make it hard to go deep. Plus, two good pitchers on the mound. I'm taking the under as well as no score in the 1st inning.

Seattle +110
Sea/Tx Under 8
No score 1st inning
