im going against the consensus here, but as someone who watches STL play every game on local fox, i think tonight is a good spot for Pitt.....they showed to be very aggressive and scrappy against the Cubs this weekend, and they are the kind of team Lohse struggles against.....free swinging agressive teams, that dont let him nit and pick to try and get easy strikes...he also has a fairly slow delivery and think the bucs will run on him....Morton isnt great by any means, however, the StL offense is in a funk early on, and with Holiday to back Pujols up, they will continue to struggle some i think....I dont by any means think Morton will shut them out, but i can see the Bucs winning a 5-3, 6-4 type game......they have some decent young players and at + money tonight, against an "iffy" pitcher for STL its a good spot.....

STL got the monkey off their back yesterday with a win, but they didnt look very good all weekend

Tuesday - Arizona +125

I think the Cubs are a good fade tommorow. They've been pitching the ball well this season but haven't had much offense. I don't think the bats will explode against Enright and I think they'll have a hard time on the mound. Andrew Cashner is making his first career start. He has good stuff but doesn't have great control yet. I definitely think he'll give up a few runs. Also, the back end of our bullpen is gassed. Both Marmol and Wood have thrown 3 days in a row. I think both will unavailable tommorow. This means that Sean Marshall will probably be pushed back to the closer role and that their poor middle relief pitchers like Samardjiza and Mateo and Grabow may have to pitch meaningful innings.

Thanks for a good thread Gyno.
I tagged along on the yankee over but took it for the first 5 innings. (already cashed) and I'm on Texas tonight with Horns.
I appreciate people being largely unbiased toward their teams. A bunch of cappers instead of fans in here.

I dont see them winning 1 game if that in this 4 game set !

already 4-2 in 5th in first game...... tomorrow -205 might be steep but might be a R/L play.....

4-3 ... Yanks 1st half is in. Nova getting Mauer to ground out to end the inning, with a runner on second was huge, over is in good shape, lets go Yanks.

This is for tomorrow's Dodgers game:

4/5 Dodgers @ COLORADO

I always feel the Dodgers offense is better on the road, more explosive.. More HR's and so forth.

Now some might look at Kershaw's 5.59 ERA @ Coors and might think he struggles there, but that really isn't the case when you dig a little deeper.

Kershaw struggled in 2008 in Coors, but improved a lot in 2009 and was VERY good in Coors in 2010.

In 30 Innings @ coors last season he had a 2.10 ERA and .182 OPP BA.. So see thats a very misleading stat that 5.59 ERA @ coors.

So don't worry about Kershaw in this game, he will be fine.

Dodgers BP is very solid, but the jury is still out on Broxton.. He has 3 saves, but he has given up 2 HRs and isnt getting any strikeouts and isn't throwing the ball over 90mph as often as he should.. Guy was throwing almost a 100 at one time.. I'm personally very concerned.

Dodgers bats have done well.. Kemp is on fire, Either is doing good.. Other players are alright..

Chacin has to go two days later than expected which is never a good sign. He is a very solid pitcher though. He has done well against the Dodgers 2.87 ERA .250 OPP BA.

I really like Enright.. I think you'll get a much better line than +125..

Think I will be joining you on this one, in fact I like a lot of doggies.

This is some true stuff, but do keep in mind Sabathia is not the greatest April pitcher and the Twins kid Duensing is a very solid pitcher.. If I see the Twins @ +200 I may have to bite, or maybe some +1.5.. Just on value alone.

Yeah, haven't locked in that line, but I think I'll almost certainly be on Zona tommorow
