it bothers me b/c growing up it was all about montana vs marino and elway and the latter 2 were automatically snubbed b/c they hadnt won SB's it was ALL ABOUT the rings...then elway got his 2 rings and his rightful place in history...i dont think brady gets nearly the accolades montana did when i was growing up

the fact is brady has 3 rings and been to 4 sb's manning has been to 2 sb's and has 1 ring and when the game was on line vs the saints and he had a chance to lead his team to the game tying TD he got pic6ed for 74 yards the other way...brady has has numbers in certain season that manning can only gawk at....the 19-0 50 td year...his 36-4 td int ratio last year and 1st unanimous MVP and his 517 yards passing this past week (mind you this wasnt a trailing all game always throwing to play catch up)

now manning for all practical purposes is done for the year and brady is gonna throw for ridiculous tds and yardage and has a team that is one of the favorites to win his 4th ring....and oh ya he's doing with a bunch of no namers (other than welker) and recycled players like branch

dont get me wrong i think manning is a great qb i kinda compare it to woods v mickelson in golf...mickelson great career and won serveral majors and he's got his place in the history of the game but he's not in the same league as woods...i think tom brady is the best qb ever to play the game and he is in his prime right now....
