Do we add GA to the bubble list?
I don't think so, I can't see the committee taking Ohio St over GA, but it's in the hands of bureaucrats at this point
Chances of making the field
Clemson 100%
Oklahoma 100%
Georgia 97.5%
Bama 49%
Ohio St 49%
UCF 2.0%
USC 2.5%
Total = 400%
everyone knows Wisconsin is way overrated and not a quality win for OSU
it's the best 4 Bama is in
they made a joke of the playoffs last year not putting the best in
For those criticizing bamas schedule let's not forget that fsu was supposed to contend for the championship this year before they lost their qb.
I dont see that at all.
Bama's best win (LSU) lost to third best team in the Sun Belt.
This appears to be a slam dunk for Ohio St. Not making the title game will doom Crimson Tide as well
That is high criteria for the current format of selecting the final four
It is never the best 4. If nothing else but the best 4, then it is Auburn over Bama, but that is not going to happen. The reason OSU got in over PSU last year was that people said PSU lucked out on a blocked FG for a TD in Happy Valley and that OSU dominated the game in the box score. Plus it was earlier in the year and OSU looked like the better team. I don’t agree with that “eye test” arguement but at least it was an argument.
Bama did not look like a better team vs Auburn and lost on the scoreboard and in the box score two weeks ago thus we know they are not better than Auburn.
I love how people say Bama didn't play anybody, they play in the fucking SEC, put any Big 10 team in the SEC West and they go 4-4 in Conference at best. Ole Miss and Arkansas would give Ohio St/Wisky a game, Big 10 will prove what a fraud they are like they do almost every season during the bowl games. Ohio St. played hot garbage Illinois, Indiana, Rutgers, and Maryland.
Just look at Tennessee and Vanderbilt. They go 1-15 in the SEC but out of Conference they beat both Kansas St. and Georgia Tech. Give me a break.
