I saw Brisnets PP's but I never like to use them to cap the derby when using beyers.

I'm gonna wait until tomorrow to pick up an actual racing form.

If you just want the drf version for the one race, go to the site and click on "race of the day", scroll down to Kentucky Derby and click on "free pp". Save the file to your hard drive and you can print out the pdf once it's been saved.

Let's see if having more room from the rail makes a difference for Vicars & if do, will Churchill & the derby management make any changes? Probably not.........

I like what I see with Samraat but the fact that he's never raced in warm weather continuously goes through my head. Has only ran in cool/chill ny weather, calling for high 60's/low 70's at post time.

@):) Well it's that time again........................................it's been a great few weeks and a big thanks to all of you who contributed to this thread..................

With the 'Hopper' being scratched , ( had him as one of my keys from the start ) we have to do a little shuffling of the boys................ still think the C Chrome will not have a big day, so will be going against him, but will have him in the second tier of my choices, and thus put him on the exotic tickets where needed..................

My friends and I are going to use the following horses on our tickets..............

1st Tier ( top choices to win )
----- # 16 Intense Holiday
----- # 18 Candy Boy
----- # 12 Dance With Fate

2nd Tier ( will be in exotics to place in the money somewhere )
----- # 5 California Chrome
----- # 1 Vicar's In Trouble
----- # 6 Samraat
----- # 8 General A Rod
----- # 20 Wicked Strong
----- # 14 Medal Count

We will be using the top plays and keying/boxing them together with the second tier plays in all combinations possible in the perfectas, trifectas , and superfectas .

I believe that it will be a torrid pace , similar to last year........and the closers will have a field day coming down the stretch........ but on the other hand , who knows.............

@):) Wishing the best to everyone..............be well..................and may we all cash some tickets come tomorrow afternoon............

See you all on the other side of the moon, or early next week to talk about how we all did............

Good luck 11black. My top choices will be Ride On Curlin and Intense Holiday(already have a future wager at 22-1). Not using CC anywhere. Singled Untapable today with 12 horses for double and CC not one of the 12. Horses I like underneath are Danza, Dance with Fate, Samraat, Wildcat Red and Medal Count.

11B,

I'm loving the horse selections brother:103631605 I will also be using some of those in my boxes.. As of now I plan on throwing 500 W/P on Dance With Fate, Metal Count, and General A Rod...Still deciding what to do with Wildcat Red:think2:

Would like to add this info i saw posted in another forum..Using Brisnet historical PP's.. Over the last 14 derbies, 11 times the winner recorded at least a 101 LP figure in their prep (the other 3 were a 98, 96 and a 79 to the statistical anomaly that was Mine That Bird).

Looking to the Derby, triple digits are with Danza with a 106 LP last out, Dance with Fate 101 (poly) & Ride on Curlin 101.

Above 95 are C Chrome (97), General A Rod (97), Wildcat Red (99), Chitu (96)

Something to strongly consider...
