I would really like to see the Colts get something nice for James this season, although they got no offers during the draft.

One thing this years draft had that last year didnt was several good rb. Not as many teams were desperate to trade for a rb.

Jacksonville is a team to be feared this season. I hope the consensus stays with what you are thinking so I bet the Jags early and often. I agree Houston is a decent team, but this Jacksonville defense is among the nfl top 3. Also, the offense will be more explosive this season.

Right now the consensus seems to be against me. I live in Jacksonville during the summer and it looks like the books are gonna open Jax's O/U Win total at 9 or 9.5. One book even said they were opening it at 10. I think Jacksonville is a good team, but not THAT good of a team. This will probably be my 3rd biggest win total play next to Dallas over and Tennessee over

The guy is a loser?????

Funny how they said the exact same thing about Elway and then he wins a SB can all of a sudden is an alltime great ...

I guess Marino, Tarkenton, Jurgensen, Esiason and Fouts were also losers since they never won a Super Bowl

Indianapolis will win the Superbowl this year. Last 2 games meant zilch. I knew they would not go undefeated. It waqs always more likely they would win the superbowl than go undefeated.

Just my opinion, but some of you posters are downright brutal! These
are professionals playing the game that they love. Just because these
guys make mistakes doesn't mean they are not trying. I know that alot of athletes watching at home wish they could be in the spotlight trying to do
their best. Sometimes the best teams don't win and sometimes game plans do.
To argue that games are fixed because someone lost a lousy bet is absurd.
The ball takes funny bounces sometimes. I dont mind when someone second guesses because thats the nature of playing sports and betting sports. All
I know is athletes make mistakes, just as much as some of us posters do in
our meaningless jobs and endeavors. Some guys hace to lighten up and enjoy
their pathetic lives. You know who you are. How many of us would watch sports
for the pure entertainment if not for wagering purposes. Ive had as many if
not more bad beats than anyone, but I truly believe that 99 percent of athletes are really giving it their best. Just try to remember that the sun will
rise tomorrow and more bad beats are on the way; Deal with it!
Just my two cents and I apologize to anyone I've offended.

Maybe the Colts will sign Tee Martin in the offseason to replace Sorgi for good luck.:103631605

Yes, he will probably win one, but Freeney needs more help, as their D is still weaker than thought to be.

Indy, off the Dungy son death, and late season upsets, as with all Offensive carried teams, was a in a very precarious spot going into today.

As they rely on their Offense to score and/or maintain possession to protect their D, normally rarely trailing..thus unlike a Defensive team coming off a soft stetch of weak play-level/Dungy son trauma/laydown..wasn't able to "just flip a a switch"

Defensive oriented bunches can rebound better than Offense oriented ones from a bad stretch..Offense is much more "rythmic" in nature, where as Defense can call on "sheer willpower" a lil' more easily.

Cowher and his largely vet squad, are in position to get what they have often been favored and been beaten and/or lost at the wire for..Hardware..I hope Cowher and the Bus can get a ring!
