Hitman- In that spot, I would have brought anyone but Pedro Martinez in. They've got a seven run lead going to the bottom of the seventh inning. Pedro Martinez is a good pitcher but I don't feel he's very durable at this point in his career. He threw over 100 pitches in his last start and clearly needs the rest. The bullpen has done well over the last three games and you've got plenty of arms in that bullpen that can get you nine outs with a seven run lead.

We can agree to disagree on this subject but I do have to give you kudos for those two big tickets.
