This thread is about respect for one of the oldest brands in the Offshore Industry that has survived all sorts of difficulties and is now sailing in calm waters............QOUTE BY TOW

The past difficulties is the reason that SBR has given to us as to their reasoning of giving a rating of D- for ROYAL and also stated that they want to wait to see what transpires on them before raising their rating.

Again, think that rating is low personally, but FULLY respect their opinion given the reasons that they stated in this thread.

Think we would have MUCH more of a problem, and concern for the player, if we were talking about a book that they were giving a rating as high as A- or above on that the majority of us thought were no better than a C or otherwise average book.

As is, they are doing nothing but throwing caution to the wind on a book they PERSONALLY feel needs to be cautioned about.

As a PLAYER myself, have absolutely no problem with that.

In fact, I applaud them.

Solid post John. Full of facts and answers as usual

Just pay the player you are stiffing please. Then I will go away. Pretty simple stuff.

I have loaded up at ROYAL 4 times with 25% CASH bonuses in the past 2 months.... (2500$ each time, 625$ bonus each time....)

(LOST ALL 4 RELOADS)....

point is they are giving away very HIGH bonuses & somebody has got to be winning? :WTF:

buzz may be onto something about no slow pay problems during FOOTS.....

BTW, buzz, I was a reader, as you know, of OGD at the time that you made the 'BET'.....

I think you did lose that bet & should pay the man.........

SportSavant,

Since we do have individualized service, there are various types of bonuses we offer at our disecretion. Not unlike comps givin by Vegas to various players. There are general offers, then there are others who are treated better for various reasons. I extend that offer to you again. We have sent pens, wine, jewelry, and other articles as well to show appreciation for excellent clients. Traditional US Corporations send their best clients on Cruises to Hawaii, and the good ones to Vegas. We see ourselves being no different. You have reloaded with us 4 times now which begs the question of why do I give my best bonuses to new clients, and real patronage gets significantly less. Just a thought.

Also, we will place $1000 dollars in an account for Uncle B for the wager he was not paid on.

As for the main issue of this thread, everyone has an opinion, and is free to express it. I think Henry Ford had a saying for these types of situations.

All businesses regardless of Industry will or have gone through various climates not one will be excluded. With that being said, we will continue working hard and doing our best to return the Royal Sports name back to prominence.

Regards,

Richard Jones

SS,
If I can't prove that Uncle or his associate booked bets, hence "ran a book", I will gladly pay. I have until 10 days after the superbowl and Roberto will have my dime just in case.

Royal, nice to see you are paying another deadbeats debts. First Gamblers ave, then Lay107 now SBR. Pretty decent of you.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to you

ROYAL,

thanks for chiming in, I appreciate it, obviously since I have had a bad run, I do appreciate the special bonuses. I am comfortable with depositing at your book which is why I have deposited many times so far this football season.

did not intend for my post to make it seem like you were giving away the shop, I do realize I was offered those bonuses repeatedly since I had so much bad luck with you guys,

again thanks for chiming in....

BUZZ,

thanks for the response.... cheers

SportSavant,

Your business is much appreciated win or lose. We will continue to do our best for you. I enjoy interacting with clientele a lot. I welcome feedback positive or negative. It is a springboard for getting better at what we do. We will always look to improve and evolve our services and products regardless of Industry position. Threads like these are not always cheery so to speak, but always something positive to be found here.

Regards,

Richard Jones

Man I got tired reading this whole thread.

Good thing Charlies Angels II is on.

I take it everyone here (and MW) has never had a problem being paid (I know I havent). Richard is very accessable as well. If you are conceerned about the book, dont play.

Have a good night richard.

The counter argument Royal suggests is that other books get in trouble and slow pay too.

In my 6 years in this business I don’t know of a single quality book that has had three slow pay periods and is now a top book. The argument is not at all factual.

Hopefully Royal can be that book. They will not become a C, B or an A rated book by posting on forums or countering their critics. That reputation can only be earned by taking care of the players and specifically taking care of money that players entrust you to take care of.

I guess nobody saw my question whcih is on point for the original topic. I'll repost, maybe someone can answer.

=============================

This thread is good comedy.

It's a D, it's a D-, it's a C-, who cares??? What difference does it make?

The better question is why is it allowed on this site? Shouldn't a watchdog site strive to take the best out there? Or is the bar set so low that any C+, formerly D- book is welcome?

Russ,
While you are thinking of more childish put downs why don't you field Jay's serious question:
Why do you support D- books?
