they will end up single digits out of first by the all star break and then come back to end up winning the divison by a game when all is said and done

Of course they will, because of their vastly superior pitching, right? :missingte Compare any facet of the Skank's pitching-even when they're all healthy, which of course never happens-to Boston's-not a pretty picture, and it tends to explain the less-than-desireable results the Skanks have had in their head to head results. As for the Mets, they were already vastly superior, and fueled by a win like the one they had today, I wouldn't count on a good result there for the Skanks, either...

They still suck and we are getting ready to start June. I can not believe the odds that these jokers garner. Tomorrow night Petitte is a -160 ...are you serious. This team has lost 4 in a row and are on the verge of losing their manager, general manager and get this....they are having a sit down meeting with MLB because old man Steinbrenner thinks that they are getting hosed on calls every game. WTF!. Get a clue Yankee fans your team fuking stinks!

Pretty sick that Pettitte is getting that kind of respect on the road...

Jays are 6-1 @ home vs lefties...and have several main guys with nice #'s against him...

Do not care that he has 15 career wins against 'em...this is 2007...and this version of the Yankees is horseshit.

I don't think I've ever heard a better chant than 50k people shouting "Who's your Daddy" to the same beat.

The difference is, Yanks fans root for the Yanks to win. Sox fans root more for the Yanks to lose than the Sox to win. It's like short man's syndrome.

LOL

The Yanks ate $4 million to pick up Sheffield's option to trade him to Detroit ... all this was done so that Sheffield wouldn't sign with the Red Sox ... and who is the short man?

Calm down billhilll.. I know its been a rough year for you Yankee fans, and yes I have made some decent coin betting against these fools soo their is no need to BET IT ALL, Ill just keep on keeping on getting unreal prices on a team that has NO HEART and continues to sulk in their own shit day after day.

Roger Clemens can't save NY.

I starting laughing...when Ravech threw it out there on Baseball Tonight...about the Yankees trying to get out of the Clemens deal...

Phillips shot it down...

What if things get even worse when he does join the team? That 18 million or whatever it is...would look like one of the worst deals in the history of the game.

Ahhh, I see Mr. Big Game Pitcher, Pe-titty, goes into a full windup with the tying run on third and, of course, being unable to see him since he's a lefty. The guy steals home to tie it, later A-Fraud picks up a bunt that is about to go foul, and the Skanks lose moments later. Five losses in a row, 14.5 out, HOW SWEET IT IS!!!!!!!!!:missingte :dancefool :puppy: :nopityA:

Guess you didn't watch the game.

It wasn't a windup

AND

The steal didn't tie it.

Anyone else wanna go on record that the Yankees are gonna make the playoffs or will end up above 500?

I'll go on the record, and would lay money on the Yankees finishing ON or above 500 depending on the odds I'm getting.

Playoffs? Not a chance in hell.

All they'd have to do is go 60-52 to reach .500 and they're at the lowest point of the season. Uh, that would be a no brainer actually.

Sooner or later the detractors will have to admit they're beating someone half decent, do the Blow Jays qualify?
