I am not going to lie to you....that mother fu@$#@ka felt good last night.
Pushed my playoff run to 9-4 my last 13 with the Rockets 1st half (-2 1/2).
With just over 10 minutes to go in the 1st quarter the Warriors led 8-5 and it looked like they were going to run away and hide.
However, Houston had other ideas and over the next 3 minutes and 9 seconds the Rockets went on a 15-0 run and it was ball game.
They built the lead to 30 in the 2nd but settled for the 27 point halftime lead 76-49.
So again, to get a blowout like that, to close the month with a winner, pretty damn satisfying.
Now on to tonight.
Imperative off the winning month of April we get May 1st off to a hot start and coming right back with 75 dimer #2 in a row and I am isolating the total in Motown.
I am fully confident I will push this playoff run to 10-4 my last 14 with this over/under winner tonight on game 5 between the Knicks/Pistons.

My Analysis
I'll say it again: I don't see this first half being any different.
I pointed this out on Wednesday.
In game one the Warriors outscored the Rockets 29-13 in the 2nd quarter to lead 47-34 at the half. Let's call it "deer caught in the headlights."
And since that horrific 2nd quarter by Houston in that game, it's been all Rockets in the first half ever since.
In game 2 at home the Rockets destroyed the Warriors in the 1st 30 minutes 60-46.
In game 3 on this floor the Rockets led 49-46 at the half.
In game 4 on this floor the Rockets led 57-50 at the half.
Then they came home in game 5 and won the first half by not 10 points, not 20 points, not 25 points......BY 27 POINTS.
Let's be clear here: It's not like the Warriors are blowing out the Rockets.
The fact of the matter is had the Rockets played a little better in the 4th quarter of games 3 and 4, this series would be over.
This moment won't be too big for them tonight and this Houston team will win the first half for the 5th straight time.
