Really feel good about game one between the Pacers/Cavs.
As for yesterday, wrong. wrong. wrong.
Hate being that wrong. I know it happens and it's so easy to see where you missed it when it's all said and done.
The history of James Harden in games 7's rang true. He would have to go for 20 plus and he didn't. He went for 7 points. And that was your ballgame.
Let's move on.

My Analysis
They match up well with them.

To put it bluntly, these 2 mets 4 times in the regular season but only one of those meetings were both teams at full strength.

It was the January 12th in Cleveland and the Pacers, as a 9-point underdog blew out the Cavs 108-93 with a dominant 2nd half.

Trailing by 13 at the half, they came out in the 3rd quarter and outscored the Cavs 19 to take a 6 point lead in the 4th and ran away in the 4th outscoring them 31-22.

The Pacers put 6 guys in double figures while Cleveland had 4 with Garland going for 20 and Mitchell for 19.

The Pacers outrebounded the Cavs 50-44 in the win. The amazing thing about the game was Tyler Hailburton scored only 2-points in the blowout win.

They met 2 days later and with Hailburton sitting out the Cavs went into Indiana and won 127-117.

The last 2 meetings were at the end of the year the Cavs and Pacers both rested starters..

Bottom line: The Pacers just really match up well with this Cleveland team and 8-points is just too many. End of story.

Give me the dog in this one to stay in this the whole way.

LANG'S PICK: BOSTON CELTICS -5 (FIRST HALF)

Not much to say that the 100 dime winner didn't say for me on Sunday with Indiana Pacers (+8) delivering the outright win in Cleveland 121-112.
The whole world bought into the Cavs last 2 huge blowout wins over Miami and the fact the Pacers struggled at home to beat the Bucks in their game 5 close out.
I told you the Pacers actually matched up better with Cleveland than anybody in the Eastern Conference and 8-points was way to many fu@#$#king points.
And anybody who follows me knows I just don't love my dogs to cover, I absolutely love when those mother fu@$#@kers win the game outright.
Let's move on.
I am now 9-1 my last 10 with 100 dime releases and the playoff run is now 11-5 my last 16.
Have to keep it going tonight.
A pair of game ones involving the Knicks at Boston and the Nuggets at OKC.
Both are huge lines and both are expected to be blowouts.
Well, I was one of the few handicappers on the planet earth who gave you an underdog yesterday and not just any dog, an 8-point dog that shocked the world.
Do I hand you one of these two big dogs tonight to shock the world yet again or is the value just to lay the number?
