In a close game it pays to have Tyler Johnson on your side and the leader scorer for the Call Davis Aggies didn't disappoint down the stretch.
He hit the go ahead jumper with 33 seconds to go to give UCD the 67-66 lead and then his steal and ensuing free throw capped the 68-66 win.
Yes, a couple of point blank bunnies missed by Hawaii as time expired allowed us to avoid the OT sweat job, but all's well that ends well courtesy of Mr, Johnson.
Now 2 out of 3 in College basketball all since Monday and tonight looking to push that to 3-1 before heading into a monster College basketball slate Saturday.
Momentum. I talk about it all the time. Momentum, especially winning momentum is huge in this business.
It seems this time of year I have always been able to capture that in college hoops.
With football pretty much over after Sunday, you had better be able to show people you can win on the college hardwood.
Historically speaking, I have done exactly that, especially this time of year.
Tonight, feel good about this 2nd straight 75 dime winner and 17 of my last 27 in College basketball as well.

My Analysis
I will not miss them today.

One conference I pay attention to is the Southern Conference. I have won a lot of games in the So Con over the years, going back to Steph Curry and Davidson.

On January 15th I cashed a 75 dime winner on Mercer (+6) at home over Samford and got myself an easy winner as the Bears lost 75-74.

That same night VMI was at home -1 1/2 against Western Carolina and I caught bits of their 2nd half as they outscored the Catamounts 37-22 for the 66-50 win.

They followed up that win with last Saturday's 75-70 road win at Citadel as a 1-point favorite.

Then came Wednesday home game against 15-4 Furman and I decided to watch the whole game.

The Cadets were a 9-point dog and as I watched the game you could make the argument VMI was the better team winning 91-82.

They jumped out to a 43-36 lead at the half and led by as many as 16 in the 2nd half and the 9-point final margin was as close as Furman got the entire 2nd half.

VMI put 5 guys in double figures led by their two leading scorers: 6'8 forward Augustinas Kiudulas and 6'2 guard Rickey Bradley's, who both average 15 ppg.

Kiudulas's scored 22 and Bradley 19 as they shot 52% from the floor and got to the free throw line 27 times making 24.

Imagine that, a team that can make fucking free throws!!!!! Here that Kent State, you fucking brick throwing pieces of shit. ( Don't get me started.). LOL

That is the 3rd straight win for VMI and their 4th straight cover pushing their incredible ATS mark to 12-4 this year.

Now here comes UNC Greensboro rolling in here off the 79-78 home loss to Mercer as an 8 1/2 point favorite .

I just don't see them running away from VMI early this afternoon.

The Cadets are gritty and they play hard and they compete as you saw with the 91 spot on Furman.

They will be in this game the whole way and it wouldn't surprise me in the least if they won this game outright, just like they did over the Paladins.

This doggy barks loud and clear today in the So Con.

I didn’t say there was value on either team in this game either. And lang knows nothing about value nor betting. I’m just saying that if there is an edge in a game the names don’t matter. Any good sports bettor doesn’t have to bet on the Super Bowl or any high profile game just to bet on it. They bet on it bc they see an edge. Lang is not a good sports bettor which is why he sells a play on every big game.
