Sometimes it's not how you start but how you finish and I have definitely caught fire in the bowls to end the season.
Based on the type of year I have had this season in college, I am as confident as I have ever been that I have your winner tonight.
As for Sunday, I am still shaking my head this morning about my 150 dime loss on the Ravens last night. It really was a brutal loss if you had Baltimore.
The Lions on Saturday just the wrong side, end of story, but the Ravens last night, just a tough pill to swallow.
It started with Lamar Jackson fumble in the 1st half. It continued with Mark Andrews' fumble in the 2nd half.
And it was the absolute moronic decision by John Harbaugh to go for 2 down 24-19 with 1:37 to go in the 3rd quarter. No reason to. You have the whole 4th quarter.
You kick the extra point. It's a 24-20 game. And it never comes down to the Mark Andrews 2-point conversion drop to possibly force OT.
Once again, the 4 things you can't handicap: Penalties, turnovers, player stupidity and coach stupidity and 3 of those 4 things burned me last night.
Talk about a fu@$#$#king frustrating game to watch, especially the 2nd half and what a long offseason it's going to be for Jackson and Andrews.
Let's move on.
Today I look to close the college football season with a 2nd straight college football 150 dime winner and close the 2024-2025 college bowl season hitting 5 of my last 6.
And finish the college football season a validated and documented 34-20.
