Going to ride the streaks again today.

With my 60 dime winner on St.Louis on Saturday, I rode some of the most incredible streaks I have seen in sometime.

I will ride all of those streaks agains today.

St.Louis is 6-0 in Cincy this year and 11-0 in Cincy going back to last year.

St.Louis is 9-0 against the Reds this year and 13-0 going back to last year.

That is the 2nd longest streak in franchise history with the first being back in 1930-31 against you guessed it: 18 straight against these Reds

Carlos Martinez looks to improve on his 2nd start off the DL as his first at Miami was not very good.

Coming back from that strained lat muscle he went 4 innings allowed 2 runs but had 5 walks.

Now he faces a Reds team he is 7-3 for his career against with a 3.18 ERA.

The Reds counter with Anthony Desclafani, who is 0-1 with a 7.20 and is making only his 2nd start since September 2016.

He missed all of last season with a sprained ulnar collateral ligament and the first two months of this season with a oblique injury.

For me, this game will end up in the hands of the bullpens and I give the advantage to the surging Cardinals.

Went to the well the Cardinals and their 13 game winning streak over the Reds and then proceeded to watch them walk their way to a loss.

They outhit the Reds 11 to 4 but you can't give a team 11 walks and expect to win. End of story.

Anyone ever hear of some clown named Kyle Hunter? I just love it when "cappers" list information that is completely wrong as one of the reasons for their selections.
While looking up info for the Tigers game tonight (I probably cap them more than any other team because I see all their games).

Hunter states "Detroit is healthier on offense than they have been in quite some time as well."

Really? Did this dope miss the fact that was only plastered on every sports page across American that Miguel Cabrera suffered a season ending (perhaps career ending) injury last night??
Or how about the fact starting catcher James McCann has been out since Sunday and won't play again because of the flu? And that backup catcher John Hicks has to play 1B now, and minor league Grayson Greiner is filling in at catcher? That plus VMart can barely get to 1B on his 2 bum legs. Not to mention Candelario has nagging wrist and hand injuries.
Yeah - they're healthier than they have been in quite some time.
