rural communities can't afford to have anything close to an outbreak and we're seeing cases pop up in smaller cities in louisiana. those community hospitals have absolutely no chance if an outbreak happens.

"... until a few weeks ago many hospitals were overwhelmed with patients, had to delay non critical surgeries etc, of course they can not tie up beds when the have such a shortage of nurses etc., epecially in NYC. NY had to bring in an army of nurses and doctors from all over the US to relieve overworked staff and major hospitals esepecially in NY but also other cities.
