Man, I am really really sorry to put you through this. I did in fact make this transaction based on your good reputation at this site and did so without putting any real thought into the matter. I hope people realize this isn't your fault and people keep their knives in their pocket.

I am certain that everyone will keep their knives in their pocket now people understand that THE_VICTIM made a monetary transaction to someone who he believed to be Dsethi. Dsethi, I do not see how people will begin to have reservations/doubts regarding you especially after your great 'press release' post. You appear (and are) showing that you were also victimized so I'm sure people will realize that.
I consider this stuff under the rug (and yep, in a week, we'll move on to other matters to focus our attention on, like the mini-August bash coming up).
I just hope THE_VICTIM will get good karma in the future for trying to be a good Samaritan in the first place rather than being known as someone who made a big mistake.

I am sorry you have been scammed but that was a fairly small price to pay to smarten up and I can see that you did smarten up as you removed your contact info containing your name from your "real" Rx account. Just keep in mind the money were not lost but, in a way, invested.

I don't think anyone here blames you at all. It was just an unfortunate event. Although I have never met you Dsethi, you definitely seem like a good stand-up guy and it's ashame that you were implicated in this.
It's ashame that fellow posters continue to scam each others, first with the Insiders-Coach LT debacle and now this. Hopefully this (these) scumbag(s) will get some kind of karmic justice
