recent studies have shown the amount of money a person makes is not tied to IQ.

I now understand. Even if this kid grows up and has some marketable talant... who would hire an asshole?

You need to hire an entry level (chemist, lab tech, or research assistant)

150 IQ zero social skills, total ass

or

120 IQ pretty cool, some social skills, little shy

or

100 IQ and a freaking great guy

?????

Thinking about this I would just hire the girl with the biggest boobs.

I think some people with super high IQs have a hard time interacting with people. However, this kid is supposedly a math genius and someone will hire him and stick him in his own little office and let him calculate numbers for a living.

Obviously this kid will never become a CEO of a company, but he certainly has the ability to make someone else a lot of money.

CNN should have done a more thorough pre-interview and discovered that this kid would have been a horror to interview. They have people for this sort of thing, especially for people with no public exposure.

I'd rather be strong in many area's of life (ie the someone else) than being a true genius at a couple of things.

the newswoman had to be pissed.
Later she had to interview the cripple (I can't come up with a more p.c. word, so I'll use cripple) in the wheel chair that got stuck to the front grill of a semi, and was pushed 4 miles a speed up to 50 mph.

I used to work in Penn Plaza in back of Madison Square Garden, where CNN has broadcast studios and most of their newswomen are stuck up, won't make eye contact with anybody if they say hello, and are generally not that bright.

Like Don Henley once crooned.........

"e got the bubble-headed-bleach-blonde who
Comes on at five
She can tell you bout the plane crash with a gleam
In her eye
Its interesting when people die-
Give us dirty laundry"

The people on this forum making fun of this kid for being a dorky maladjust are funnier than the interviews themselves. Hi pot, meet kettle.

I'm pretty sure this kid has Asperger's or some low-level form of autism.

I certainly think homeschooling should be banned; I don't think it gets as much attention as it should. It's usually (but not always) tied to a dangerous form of religious fanaticism and when it's not...well... I guess you get Evan. Poor Evan, dude never even had a shot at a normal life.

I had to laugh when someone said private schools are superior to public schools. In some areas here, the public education system has such a great reputation system that the parochial schools are "conveniently" lowing their tuitions just to attract some students. For the most part, private schools are good at instilling discipline, but there are so many disgruntled teachers with minimum salary working at these "elite" schools and their lack of effort in the classroom is shown.

I also know a person who was homeschooled and she is a huge biblical christian fanatic. Freaks me out.

two things from the video:

1) That CNN bitch should get her ovaries and uterus out because she should never have kids

2) They need to look that kid up now and his parents. There will be several deaths because of him one day.

Typical liberal logic. The fuckin kid wins a national spelling bee over millions of kids and is home schooled but is labled a failure by liberal logic because he isn't Captain Charisma.
...unfuckinbelievable.
In other words the kid should be in a public school where he won't learn to spell his name and when he talks he needs subtitles.
