It remains to be seen how many snaps Rice will be active for in Week 11, though the contract-year receiver will be motivated to rebuild his stock. He could become a fantasy asset in the coming weeks if he performs well on Sunday.

Rice was pressed into extra duty after Bernard Berrian's groin acted up again, but the most important news is that Rice came out of the game feeling "great." As he gets his timing and comfort level back, his production will improve. Rice remains a good stash for the fantasy playoffs at the very least.

Sidney Rice - WR - Vikings Interim coach Leslie Frazier said Monday that Sidney Rice (hip) is "as close to 100 percent as he's going to get."
Rice says he's still monitoring "general soreness," but he's feeling more confident in his hip. He and Brett Favre missed on two deep routes in Week 12. Expect that connection to tighten in the coming weeks. November 30 - 7:01 p.m. ET

</TD></TR><TR><TD class=vaLink>Favre and Rice did the same a few weeks back, but it's more notable this week because there's increased pressure for better chemistry with Percy Harvin (migraine) questionable for Week 13. Favre has targeted Rice 14 times in two games, and the two have only hooked up for four completions. Rice did practice fully on Friday, and is listed as probable to face Buffalo.

Percy Harvin - WR - Vikings Tom Pelissero of ESPN 1500 Twin Cities reports that Percy Harvin has suffered a setback in his recovery from last week's migraine.
The setback "apparently" occurred in the last 48 hours. Coach Leslie Frazier indicated Wednesday that he still tentatively anticipates Harvin playing in Week 14, but at the same time conceded "That's too far ahead. We'll see how things go." Added Frazier, "My understanding of the migraines is they can come and go. So, we're just being precautionary with Percy." December 8 - 4:20 p.m. ET

Percy Harvin - WR - Vikings Interim coach Leslie Frazier was hesitant to call Percy Harvin's (migraines) Thursday absence a setback.
"We were hoping that he'd be able to do something (Thursday)," said Frazier. "The fact that he couldn't just means we'll move it back another day. Friday's not the end of the world. If he can do some things (Friday), that will be great, and hopefully, that will be the case." December 9 - 5:12 p.m. ET

</TD></TR><TR><TD class=vaLink>Harvin is officially listed as doubtful on the injury report. In addition to calling Harvin's status "touch and go," Frazier conceded that it would be "very, very difficult" to get him up to speed for the game after Harvin missed all of the practice week. "No football for right now," added the vikings' interim coach. Sidney Rice should be a target monster against the G-Men. Greg Camarillo would likely man the slot.

Percy Harvin - WR - Vikings Citing a team source, NFL Network's Steve Wyche reports that Percy Harvin (migraines) is "definitely out" for Monday night's game against the Giants.
The Vikings' three-receiver set will be Sidney Rice, Bernard Berrian, and Greg Camarillo. Harvin hasn't practiced in two weeks and is listed as doubtful on the injury report, so he was never expected to play. The Minneapolis Star-Tribune reports that Harvin ultimately did not make the team flight to Detroit. Rice is a safe bet to lead Minnesota in targets on Monday night. The official inactives will be out in about an hour. December 13 - 4:40 p.m. ET
