That was all in jest. I do believe that genetically there are muscular and physiological differences. I do not feel this applies in any way to intelligence just physiology.
Perhaps there can be an argument for environmental differences. Kenyans for instance are world class in distance running but not in sprints. They happen run long distances there.
They talk about speed coming from Florida don't they. But it doesn't come out of predominantly white Jesuit H.S..in Tampa. Catchers and pitchers more than defensive backs and wide receivers I'm pretty sure.
Black guys run faster and jump higher. There are a few exceptions...few.
The political correctness is B.S. DeBerry and Paterno simply had the balls to say what 115 other Div. 1 coaches and anybody with a background in sports knows is true.
I say to the brothers hey you guys are good. So where is the insult here? If I could have run a little faster, I wouldn't have had to wear the tools of ignorance for 5 years.

Since we have so many black posters I think its great to allow us to get such a wide range of perspective's on issue dealing with race.
Black people had to go through slavery and an equal rights movement. Do you think it for a chance they might be a little bit sensitive to issue dealing with race?
How many of you guys been racially profiled or been directly affected by racism? I would say zero b/c 99% of you are not minorities. How can you be an expert on something you have never witnessed.

i'm no expert on racism. but, i do know that black athletes are faster than white athletes. that is why all the running backs, wide recievers and defensive backs are black. that is not a racist statement. it is a fact. in the past, there probably was prejudiced ideas that prevented black quarterbacks from getting a fair shot but...that is pretty much history due to the successes of doug williams, warren moon, etc.
show me a white guy that can jump like michael jordan or dominique wilkins or dr. j or kobe bryant...plenty of white guys can shoot as well or better but name one that can jump like those guys.

i mean, steve nash is white. jason sehorn was pretty good. craig james was the tailback for the 1985 afc champion new england patriots. maybe i'm wrong. maybe there is no difference between the white and black athlete when it comes to speed and jumping ability. i played high school basketball my freshman year (b team). i think i'll test this theory.
i'll go to the health club any sign up for one of the competitve basketball leagues and see how well i do against the black guys. i filled in last year as a sub and got dunked on twice. the guy's nut sack literally flew over my head as i attempted to take a charge.
if i walk in there next week knowing full well that they have no advantage because they are black, i will dunk on his ass.
