I've been (am) in the exact same situation...with my very best mate's girlfriend (now wife...guess who was the best man!).
My advice is: don't tell anyone!! You risk losing both your girlfriend and especially you buddy by telling. If you trust her not to tell anyone then you should be fine. If you don't trust her you're in an even more tricky situation:
Worst case scenario: She tells your buddy and/or GF before you.
Best case scenario: Both of you keep quiet.
Bad, but slightly better than worst case scenario: You tell your buddy and/or GF before she does.
I haven't told anyone about my little mishap and so far I'm doing fine. Knock on wood...

Agree, though...seriously, if the guy is low enough to cheat on that girl in the first place, he doesn't need to know what transpired. Deny it till the day you die...because chances are you guys will be friends long after this girl is out of both of your lives.
If you consider him to be a GOOD friend, though, that's pretty fuckin low man. Even if he does cheat on her. Oh well, either way, you need to deny that shit and just call that girl a slut...which is apparently true anyway.

Haha, thanks for the accolades man. It just comes from simple street knowledge. Been married three years and I can say without a doubt I could have tagged more pu-tang since the day I got married than in the last decade before I did. Women who know you are taken and still want to do the deed aren't the most honest creatures and most people know it. They are out there everywhere and despite what common sense tells us, the women willing to jump into bed quickly often put more premium on a taken man than one who is out hunting. In many cases not only do they want a taken man, but they have a plan around it.
I don't buy for a second this was a "mood" thing or even a need thing. She had a reason to hit this particular guy and was plotting for the right moment. Whether she faked being wasted or desperate doesn't matter, she knew what she was doing all along. Maybe the guy could have shown more control, but bottom line is she had a game plan and now its time this guy has his and sticks to it.
