No more rooms available for Friday Night August 18th. at Imperial Palace..

Everyone is talking about a deadline. I am not sure that there was a written deadline anyway. But we filled up the 125 rooms, then they addes 25 more and we filled those up! No need for a deadline when you fill up all of the available rooms that were given to the RX

IP made the deadline...when I first heard about this years Bash, I called the IP...and they told me about the deadline...

Posters that get IP casino cards will be rated and I think some may have their rooms comped but not very many (at least in the past) give that much action to a single casino.. Maybe this year will be different..

I am pretty sure The Rx. pays an amount close to what the casino rate is per room..Multiply that times 140 and it gets pretty expensive..

No more rooms available at all on Friday August 18th..

The latest on comped rooms at The Rx. Bash.. The Imperial Palace is officially sold out for Friday August 18th. so I cannot arrange any new rooms for that night for anyone who hasn't already made their reservations. I managed with the help of Denise Gemma to get comp rooms for the three posters who contacted me (including Bulldog) so they are all set. As of right now I don't know of anyone who is coming that does not have a room.

I will still try to help any Rxer who wants a room for Saturday night only.

In the Hotel business they do what they have to do to keep large groups happy, and hope they get their 5% no show avg. on overbooked room nights.
Anyone that does show up after all the rooms are taken, are sent to the closest Hotel with rooms, for free. Its more important to show 100 %Occupancy than to "walk" a guest to another Hotel for the night.
