They have measures in place to help themselves, and books... such as deposits now must go back to your neteller account...

BUT

What do they do when books dont pay their customers and continue to use neteller as a source of stealing deposits?

Nothing. Even when it is a known scam book.

Neteller it's time to step up and protect both sides.. until then I'm not going to be using neteller.

I'd protest with you...but the fact is when I get a payout I want $$$CASH$$$ right now the only option is through neteller with the neteller debit card. Even if that means I only get $500 a day... That's what I'm going to do until the entire payout is received.

Those of you who are cashing $20,000 checks and receiving off-shore wires for that much... you can take your chances. I already took my chances on the game...I'm not going to take my chances on the payout :D

Why is everyone on this board opposed to linking their bank accounts to Neteller and transfering money to their account for free?

IS

Here is a part of an article I found, but the link to the original thread is gone.

Players who use Neteller and experience slow pay behaviour from online casinos would appear to have a friend in Neteller, too - Herman says that this sort of behaviour can be an early warning signal of impending financial hassles, and as such players are invited to report such issues in order that Neteller can investigate and possibly even pull the merchant's authority if he or she is consistently giving problems. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

Fish;

How do you justify the income? I am assuming you report it as gambling winnings???

I have asked people in NT and they said they do not disclose any information to anybody. Now that they are a publicly traded company in the LSE and based out of The Isle of Man, I can see less opportunity for NT to be big-brothered... but if you're regularly making EFTs to your bank account, you need to report the income... right?

When you withdraw money from your Neteller debit card, can't that be tracked too by Big Brother?

now you all do understand that if you get audited, and you have been showing neteller withdrawls into your bank account( even if you report the winnings) you are screwed because it is still illegal gambling income, pretty simple rule, don't mix your bank account and your gmabling money, use the neteller atm.

Of course it can, and anybody that doesnt think so is only trying to fool themselves.

In Indiana it is illegal to gamble anywhere other than on a river or at a horsetrack, so thanks to Dante I am posting/wagering online from the middle of a river on a row boat. Getting a little cold, but i will be ok. When the ice comes, i can just walk to McDonalds instead of row.

I disagree with you 101%!

First off, what I am doing isnt illegal...........as it has never been proven in a court of law to be a federal crime.

Secondly, the IRS is only concerned about getting their cut.

NOT PAYING YOUR TAXES IS HOW YOU WILL GET INTO TROUBLE......MUCH MORE!!

Not paying the IRS should be a 500x more concern with individuals than the thought of them doing something illegally by placing a wager over the internet in a foreign country.

Pay your taxes and do not worry. As long as you are paying the man, he will nearly overlook anything you do.

For Godsakes, if internet gambling were illegal, half the field in World Series of Poker would be behind bars.
