Las Vegas Raiders +8 (10 Units)

The Las Vegas Raiders are playing some tremendous football right now and ready to rumble on Sunday Night Football. BUYER BEWARE: The system has dropped three straight Primetime games and it is possible I need to make some adjustments before continuing but we'll see tonight. Could be something small, could be nothing. This play falls under the Version A and Version B category and it is calling for the Raiders to keep things close. Don't forget this is the same Las Vegas team that went to Kansas City and scored 40 points and won 40-32. So we know the Chiefs can score on them but we also know the Raiders can score and they are going to throw everything and the kitchen sink at their rivals in what is a pretty big game. The Raiders have covered the spread in 4 of their last 5 games coming into this one and are coming off wins in Cleveland and Los Angeles (Chargers) while giving the Broncos a beatdown last night. Kansas City are obviously one of the top teams in the league but let's not forget that the Home Team in this series is 6-2 ATS in the last eight meetings and with the home team already failing once this year, you have to believe that trend picks right back up in this game. Some will call this a revenge game for the Chiefs and I don't have the numbers The Raiders come into this game an impressive 5-0 ATS in their last five games versus AFC West Conference opponents and they are 7-2 ATS in their last nine games played on natural grass. I think Derek Carr and the raiders will be ready for this one and even with the bye week and the Chiefs coming in angry, they'll keep this game close. The system likes them.

Trend of the Game: Las Vegas is 5-0 ATS in their last five games versus AFC West Division opponents.

Las Vegas 29, Kansas City 27

This is the first "bad" week for the system. Shockingly off on some games and that means I have a bit of work to do to add new elements. I did not have time to figure it out by tonight's game so the play remains as the system calls it but I'll spend most of the night tonight re-running numbers and making necessary adjustments. Good luck to all playing tonight and congrats to anyone who come out on top today. Not an easy day at all. Disappointing outcome coming off a great college week but that's how things go.

I'll feel a bit better if we get tonight's game!

Also need to eliminate some criteria for plays. Way too many plays for one week this week. Something to work on. We’ll get this right by Thursday!

You may be overthinking this
Your numbers have the system at 72-21 for 5 weeks before today
One day that doesn't dominate isn't a reason to change necessarily

I don't know how much betetr you could ask for

The last thing I would do is tinker with the system.

You went 4-3 and 2-2. One loss because Burrow got hurt, GB was a 50/50 game.

Any system you produce will have great days, average days, and losing days.

It wasn't a bad week at all. If you think you need to be perfect on every game you don't, and you never will.

Its a winning week. Do the same thing next week.

If Cincy and GB cover, you wouldn't be saying too many plays.

I agree with last 2 posters. Mediocre weeks are bound to happen even with an excellent system. 72-21 record is unsustainable. A bit of regression was to be expected at some point.

You guys are right but we are talking minor adjustments which is what I've been doing all along. Nothing to impact too much. Always looking to get better and learning from the losses. Glad we got back on track with the Primetime games. Tomorrow night's game is looking like a play. Will post the suggested lines at some point tomorrow and play around 8:05pm ET.

I worked countless hours last night on a few of the losses and trying to see trends and where maybe it all went wrong and I was able to have everything stay the same while flipping, Arizona +3 to Seattle -3, Philadelphia +2.5 to a NO PLAY and Miami -3.5 to a NO PLAY which would have obviously made things smoother and I think we are back on track. Very small adjustments to the numbers did the trick. Live and learn. Learned a lot from last night's Sunday Night Football Game.

I will be posting the "Suggested Lines" for tonight's game in a few hours and the official play will be posted by 8:05pm ET.
