of course. Everybody know that. My point is someone can't just declare Florida as the number one offense just because. You need some kind of stats to prove it otherwise it is just talking out of your ass.
i see. stats = truth while opinions/analysis = ass.

who cares if tulsa didnt play a single football player thats better than i am? the stats tell the story.

no way, not when there is a team out there that went to cinci and won by 5. id like to see florida try and beat lousiville AND rutgers in back to back weeks. it aint happenin.
Just look at Floridas offense. It is ridiculous. Harvin, Caldwell, Ingram, Murphy, Tebow and on and on. They are stacked. They may be 14th overall and 4th in scoring offense but they faced some of the best defenses week in and week out. The SEC schedule for them was brutal. Imagine if they were healthy througout the year. Harvin missed games, Caldwell missed games, Tebow was playing with one arm for several games and one hand for a portion of the last.
They are the best offense in my opinion based on talent, based on execution, based on who they played. All this with a defense that couldnt stop anyone. If they even had a defense that gave them field position or anything for that matter, they might have put up 50+ on all games. I dont think anyone could really stop them but themselves. Not to mention their whole offense is basically Soph. Anyway, if they can stay healthy, next year is Florida's year.
This year its a mess with a bunch of teams who really havent stepped up. If you want talent, USC is probably the best. If you want the two most deserving teams as of right now, its WV vs Missouri.
Florida gets a verbal blowjob way too much around here. Everyone wants to complain about Tebow being hurt against Georgia and believe ti led to the loss. Let's not forget that Florida was already out of the NC picture when that game took place and Tebow can't play defense. Auburn was a very average team this year and went into the swamp and took care of business with a healthy Tebow. Tebow is a good QB, but he's not as good as everyone here wants to think. He's a suspect passer. Just because you throw up monster stats doesn't mean you are an amazing player (See Colt Brennan). It's the system and how the coach uses you. That system that puts up those stats is the same system that has been getting Tebow hammered and injured all year. I'm not saying that Daniel is a better QB or player than Tebow, but he is a much better and more accurate passer. They're two different types and Daniel is not a one man show, he uses his weapons which makes him very dangerous. He hit 9 different WRs on Saturday night. Lets not forget that MU was the better team in Norman for 3 quarters where OU is 51-2 under Stoops. MU has never been in that position before and it was a learning experience. Had that not happened we would not even be having this conversation. Sure there are several teams that could be MU on any given night, but I don't think there is a team out there that MU couldn't play with on any night of the week. To say they aren't deserving is ludicrous. They took care of business, which is more than I can say for Florida. Mizzou deserve the opportunity at the NC if they can close on OU this time.
