Millenium and BetOnSports theft -- Facts from the player himself

They are one book today, more than ever. If you go back and read the original post by the player who got stiffed here, they are also threteaning to confiscate money out of his BOS account.

point #1 is well taken, but point #2 doesn't mean anything. Using my example, Daimler Chrysler is a publically traded company as well. My point is, the larger these companies get (ie large enough to be publicly traded) the more autonomous the individual branch businesses and management decisions/cultures are.

It's not even close to the DC/MB structure. This is one big book with multiple front ends. Same lines, same rules, same marketing people, same management, same banking, same location. It's all one company.

my account there was very negative but had rallied. made 2 american idol bets there on a friday and then went 11-1 on baseball there on saturday. suddenly they didnt like me anymore.

they still waited 3 days to cancel my idol bets, bets I did not think were wrong to make, until it was painfully obvious that my bets were in VERY good shape.

from first hand knowledge, when they screw with your account and you try and work it out with them they tell you this;

1) Fuck you

2) We have made a decision and it is final

3) See #1

and they are complete arrogant pricks about it as if they are untouchable

Mr Smith, they canceled my Idol bets 6 days after i made the same bets that you made with one exception. I took Elliot and Taylor and I took Christina-Taylor exactas. Well MINE LOST, but did they give the money back?? NO they closed my account until AFTER the whole Idol contest was over. Then I read your post and checked my account and noticed that it was closed. It took another 2 days for them to open the account back up and all they said was sorry. They didnt give the reason why, but one clerk on the phone said that it was a line issue. Well I have only bet American Idol there. Of course, if I would have won, I would have been refunded my money. But if I lose, well you know what happens then

I was paid in full, BOS does not owe me any money.

I know they screwed with me because my account had gone positive, I know it thru and thru. And the timing of the bet cancellations is damning, its ridiculous. They cancelled my bets because they had gotten much, much better than when I placed them. Had my bets gone sour in the 5 days afterI placed them would we be talking now?

The problem was fixed, but what I dont like is they were complete arrogant pricks about fixing the situation! I do realize after seeing the math the lines could not have been right. But that does not give them free reign to do whatever to my bets 5 days later and be dicks about it at the same time!
