Just got a speeding ticket I think ill go fight this one...need help

If the officer has a golf game on the day of trial it will be thrown out. Period.


I have had 3 speeding tix, a seat belt violation, and license plate light out tix in the last 4 yrs. My insurance hasn't changed.

they should lock you up...your a horrible man with all those the license plate light out should have put you in the pen

Dante I was in court one time when I kid tried this defense. Not only was the officer there, he stated that the laser gun was calibrated before and after each shift. He demonstrated to the court exactly how they were calibrated. Then produced the reports of calibration on the day in question.

At that point the judge basically punished the kid for wasting the courts time and took his license away for 2 years. The kid was in shock and asked how he was going to get to work. The judge answered start walking.

Bottom line is this defenses have been on the net and in many books. The cops/judges are tired of spending so much time on them. Waste their time and they will make you pay dearly. I saw it happen in front of my eyes.

Get up there and plead guilty your honor. They will lower the fine and send you to the clerk to pay. Suck it up when you insurance company raises your rates.
