The coaching staff believes Lamar and the type of offense they run gives them their best chance to win. They have to believe that , since the offense they run is unique, and at this point , they need to stick with it , instead of scrapping it and going with something more traditional.
They're all in......
And what is unique about the ravens offense lol.
Allen or mahomes could join the ravens tomorrow and they would be just fine with the personnel .

They don’t have special system players that only work for Lamar lol

I doubt it. But we can agree to disagree.

I do just fine with how I see things... I trust my own analysis. serves me well

Good question Pats.. off the top of my head it's the Chargers. For me , not sure I want to use them , because I can see them being the #1 play. I already had the #1 play both weeks in Ravens and Denver.

BTW , no layups this year.. which should prevent this from being a 18 week contest.

Chargers are the same team as last year. Completely bipolar
Never know what shit they will pull
Yeah but like em this week

Jags letdown spot I believe.

Biggest line appears to be 7 this week for that game and KC/Indy after five double digit lines Week 2

You got cross country travel , Chargers extra rest.. might even be a home game for the Chargers for a change. Doubt the Jags fans infiltrate that stadium

QB isn't solely how you do in the pocket

That said, Lamar is better in the pocket lol

Of course it is. That has been the standard for every Super Bowl winning QB since the inception of the NFL. Yes Russ and Mahomes can run but they are pocket passers first.

I think it's fair to say that any MVP winner in his prime is fully capable of being the quarterback of a Super Bowl winning team.....you really think Lamar can't win a playoff game?

And I'm saying this as a guy who unnecessarily needles Aaron Rodgers a lot, an MVP player who regularly comes up short in the playoffs

He's already won one playoff game. He's 1-3 and in this losses, he looked god awful.

No, I don't think he can get to a Super Bowl. He can't beat good defenses in the playoffs. He wilts.

Well Russ can’t really run anymore. Kinda insulting to Mahomes there.

Thankfully Lamar is good in the pocket. There’s no evidence at this point to suggest that Wilson is better there

Then you add in that he could be a top 10 rusher in the NFL, and I think it’s fair to say you can win a Super Bowl with Lamar

He’s certainly better than Wilson at this point

Kind of a small sample size to judge that, don’t you think?

I think he can get to a Super Bowl if he team is healthy. He’s won like 70% of his career games. He’s eviscerated plenty of good defenses along the way

Well, you are what your record says you are and all that matters is winning in the post season. I guess we'll see.

His record says he’s a a winner

If you mean just playoffs, then can you win a Super Bowl with someone like Herbert?

Of course I mean just playoffs. That's all that matters.

How do I now about Herbert? Haven't seen him in the playoffs. I can tell you I'd take Herbert over Jackson in the playoffs because he's a natural drop back pocket passer and wants to pass first.

Lamar reminds of the QB who looks like an ALL STAR when playing with the lead but when behind, is just very average.

He has looked HORRIBLE in his playoff losses.

You need Lamar to win a playoff game where he is losing by double digits to have him validated

Still find it weird that Herbert has a 16-18 career record
