Both players had hands around the ball. That goes to the offense. It doesn't matter if it's against the defender's body.

Bullshit dude. I dont have any vested interest in this game, but Tate wasn't even close to having possession of that ball.

Home teams have a huge advantage with these refs unless its the Saints.
The officials call all the close ones in the home teams favor.

There was no way that was a 50/50 possession. Jennings clearly had it, that's why the guy at the back of the end zone ruled it dead.

I stand corrected. It should have been an INT. I thought all the player needed to do was end up with his hand around the ball. That is not correct. Here is the rule:

http://static.nfl.com/static/conten...pdfs/11_Rule8_ForwardPass_BackPass_Fumble.pdf

"Item 5: Simultaneous Catch. If a pass is caught simultaneously by two eligible opponents, and both players
retain it, the ball belongs to the passers. It is not a simultaneous catch if a player gains control first and an
opponent subsequently gains joint control."

It's even more obvious watching the replays. Jennings had control and Tate only had one arm in there until they hit the ground. The first official in called a touchback signal.
