In the NFL, you need a good QB plus 3-4 really good "pieces" to win.

And yet...year after year...

The Ravens have: Leemah, Henry, Flowers, Hamilton - can never win.

The Bengals have: Burrow, Chase, Higgins, Hendrickson - never win. (Burrow can't even make the playoffs for 3 seasons LOL)

These two franchises are the biggest chokers, for different reasons. Because "on paper" they SHOULD win.

That's the problem with Burrow. He has a good quarters or even sometimes good halves but never consistently elite. That's why you missed the playoffs last year.
