Lol Flacco didn't prove anything. Flacco over-performed (similar to Cleveland 2023) and then regressed to being Joe Flacco by the end (Bengals probably win both of their last 2 games before last night if Burrow starts).

I respect Flacco, he's just not that good.

Comparing Burrow to Daniel fucking Jones is just beyond laughable lol @slapshot on the money with BDS
No BDS, just knocking you down a few notches from your insane homerism.

"Burrow is better than Brady/Mahomes/Allen/Manning" etc. - Avo

Reality Check: Burrow hasn't done shit in the last 3 years.

Of course you've said Burrow is better than anyone/everyone at one point or another.

Even a better "pocket passer" than Tom Brady!! 🤦‍♂️

Well... except for the fact great "pocket passers" know how to read defenses and don't get sacked every two snaps (one of Brady's secret weapons to elite longevity 👉 greatness)

Oh and btw, other than Randy Moss that one year, Tom Brady had dogshit receivers his entire career. So yes, Daniel Jones (the NYG version) without Ja'Marr and Tee. Who's going to argue?

Comparing Joe Burrow to Daniel Jones gives you no credibility (as if you had any)

Yep, Daniel Jones (similar "pocket passers") minus Ja'Marr and Tee. I know it hurts - embrace the 9-8 suck (full documented season with a "healthy" Burrow)

Most above avg. QBs would be piling up the Lombardis with those two.

Speaking of Jones, he's rumored to be playing with a fractured fibula right now - Burrow doesn't even dress with a hangnail - the only guy in the entire stadium last night with his hands in his pockets right up until he snapped the ball. SOFT AF!

So yeah, I'd take Jones over Burrow right now - at least he plays.

I'm not wrong or crazy, I just notice things before the rest of the world catches on.

The Steelers losing that Thursday game to the Bengals is so costly now.

Lol gonna shit on Burrow for not playing through shit now?

Burrow literally the only player to return after having surgery for this injury in NFL history. He was supposed to miss "at minimum" 3 months. Back in 2 months.

Yeah, Jones sure looked great against the Chiefs in that 4th quarter/OT. 0 first downs, 18 total yards. If Taylor is bottled up, he brings nothing to the table

Kept throwing the ball to grass lmao

Once upon a time...

Me: Joey is glass.

Avo: What are you talking about crazyman? Nobody plays through pain and injuries like Burrow!

Me: Dude, he's glass. Half the time he can't even play effectively. Listen to me.

Avo: Nooooo, you're being hyperbolic, he's only had a couple of bad career injuries. Joey is a warrior - smooth sailing from here on! You'll see!

Me: Only??? I'm telling you, soon he'll be hurt again... very soon. Only a matter a time.

Avo: Joe, you and your wacko conspiracies! You just hate the guy because he dresses like a lesbian! BDS!

Avo: Oh shit! That didn't....man, that looked bad on a routine play. Turf toe? Alright, maybe he is a little injury prone... most QBs wouldn't get hurt on that play.

:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Never a doubt - "Crazy Joe" knows.

Joe "Average" Burrow only 50% on his passes.

Avo: No! No! No! That was totally intentional throwing the ball away! 🤡

What's the opposite of BDS? You're a FUNNY guy Avo! :ROFLMAO:

Not what I said

Also that's pretty damn good compared to Josh Allen completing 30% of his passes in a dome in a very winnable game. 9 for 30 -- one of the worst performance in history. That was just last year.

I don't think Bengals will beat the Bills

But might be suicide watch time for SheriffJoe if they do

BDS will be off the charts

So?

All QBs lay an egg here and there. Burrow amazing this quarter, Allen bad in the next.

And?

Daniel Jones was pretty awesome in some games earlier this season - before he got hurt. Not making excuses, just sayin'...

True greatness is consistency at an elite level year after year. 9-8 Glass Joey ain't it.

Bengals would be far better off with Daniel Jones or Dak, plus whatever haul they'd get for Burrow.

Actually most quarterbacks never go 9/30 in a game. It’s actually difficult to be that inefficient in a game in the modern NFL, in a dome no less

Just pointing it out since you’re making fun of Burrow’s completion percentage…..

….Even though Burrow has the highest completion percentage in NFL history and is objectively a much more accurate thrower than Allen

20,000 Burrow posts later and you STILL haven't connected the dots.

Joe Burrow last night:
- 261 yards
- 2 TDs
- 52.2 cmp%
- 83.7 rating

Joe Flacco with the Bengals:
- 272.7 yards per game
- 2.2 TDs per game
- 61.6 cmp %
- 91.3 rating

But, but, but... the Bengals are just better with Burrow! He's better than everyone! Coz I said so, mmkay?

It's no longer a mystery - it’s an IQ issue. :ROFLMAO:

lol Burrow’s career rating is over 100

That 91 rating is more like Allen’s career level

Burrow 8-0
Flacco 1-5

There's literally zero drop-off in offensive output with at least a dozen other QBs stepping in for Burrow - which is the entire point of this thread and what the Joe Flacco experiment proved.

The idea that JoeyB could still "thrive" without his elite separation monsters is hilarious.

Tua is a franchise superstar as your QB.

Lol Flacco didn't prove anything.

Did exactly what Browning did the first time-- stepped in and defenses had to adjust

Then they adjusted, and Flacco is throwing awful pick 6's and costing his team games (like he always has) -- just like Browning was exposed

Flacco came back down to earth.

Still not performing near the level of Burrow even when he was playing well

No different than overrated 9-8 Joe ...speaking of crashing back down to earth.
