Every. Damn. Year. with Avo:

"The Year of Burrow!!" 🐯🔥

➡️ Week 3: "2-1 baby, AFC's ours!"
➡️ Week 4: “Defense is TRASH and O-line's plotting Burrow's next trip to IR!"
➡️ Week 6: “Uh oh…Burrow tweaked his wonky ankle on that sack! Seems okay though"
➡️ Week 8: "Oh SHIT... Burrow's calf exploded...again! Out for the season!" 💀
➡️ Week 10: “FUCK IT, TANK mode! Why didn't they do this sooner???? Fire Zac Taylor!"

Same script. Different year. One of the Rx's longest-running annual comedy specials.
What kind of drugs are you on?

These are 40 year old Joe Flacco's projected totals if he played a full 17 game season for the Bengals. Very similar numbers to Burrow last season, for 5% of the money.

Told ya - any halfway decent QB would shine with those diva receivers.

Without his luxury toys, Burrow is Daniel Jones with the NYGs. And look what happened to Jones once he transferred to a decent team.

Joe Burrow is NOT a franchise QB and one of the least valuable players in sports history given his obscene cap-crushing contract.

"Oh no, our D sucks!" Gee, I wonder why!

We can wager on Flacco getting in if you want lol

No chance
Why not?

Already ranks 18th all time in passing yards and 22nd in touchdowns - higher than several HOF's including Joe Montana, Steve Young, Troy Aikman and Kurt Warner.

His playoff record is also strong - 10-5 with the Ravens with one Super Bowl, which is better than Drew Brees, and a higher win percentage than Peyton Manning.

He may be a polarizing figure in the Hall of Fame discussion, but definitely a worthy candidate.

Joe Flacco in 5 games: 13 TDs

Joe Flacco today:
30/44
457 passing yards
4 TDs, 1 INT

Translation: you’re not getting better output with Burrow. Sorry, you're just not.

But who called this right after the Browns (foolishly) shipped Flacco to the Bengals?

Yep. While the usual crayon-scribbling clowns laughed, claiming Flacco was washed up, ol’ Sheriff Joe said he’d torch that offense… way better than Glass Joey. 🔥

Joe Flacco is a very underrated HOF-bound BEAST.

I personally don’t like burrow. Would he be better on another team? Maybe, but I still say injuries will take him outbid the game. And his injuries aren’t all due to a poor O’line.

The Bengals will never will anything. Period. Doesn’t matter who the QB is

Flacco to the hall, kind of interesting.

If Matt Ryan and Philip Rivers are going to be nominated, he has a stronger case than either of them.

Why not? Because his overall body of work is mediocre

Had a stellar playoff run one year

Yes.

Flacco would be one of the only 100-win quarterbacks not in the Hall of Fame - along with Matt Ryan, Russell Wilson and Matt Stafford. All of whom I think make it.

Right now he's sitting in the 85th percentile in aggregate career stats among all QBs in NFL history - that's elite company.

How does Flacco have a stronger case than either of them, especially Rivers?

I don't think any of the 3 should make it

Your takes are hilarious. It's Burrow who has always been mediocre.

Burrow’s basically Ja’Marr Chase's overpaid PR intern - living off Chase’s highlight reels while faceplanting every Week 1 like it’s tradition.

The kid's got a losing record against the Browns - THE BROWNS! - and some retards still call him elite? 😂

At least Ja'Marr’s Canton-bound… JoeyB's just the passenger in his Uber ride to the Hall.

Why would anyone want an injury-prone, overhyped diva like Burrow when they can get Flacco or Rodgers giving them the same output for a fraction of the price?

Use the savings to build a real defense instead of a sideline fashion show.

I know, I know… making too much sense should probably be illegal in dumpster fire Bengals country.

Philip Rivers: 5-7 in the playoffs, zero jewelry.

Joe Flacco: 10-5, Super Bowl MVP - elite consistent baller (like yesterday).

The Ravens were total idiots replacing him with Leemah (2-4 in the playoffs).

No wonder your "Best QBs" takes collapse faster Burrow's stat sheet vs. the Browns.

Not really a strong argument there

You obviously get some credit for a nice playoff run like Flacco does -- it was incredible

But Flacco not only has not been consistently elite......he's never been elite at any juncture of his career

Bengals don't have a spending problem on defense. They've thrown money at both the defense and offensive line for several years

They have a drafting and development problem. They have the smallest scouting department in the NFL, and their "GM" (Duke Tobin) is a full blown retard.

They can't draft, and their coaches and front office suck. That's not a good combo.

Any franchise would've given Burrow that contract, and it's going to look like a bargain in a couple of years (it already kind of does).

You think Flacco/Rodgers at their age are going to give you a full season of Burrow-level production?

Flacco couldn't give you a single season of elite production in his 18 years in the NFL. Rodgers is playing fine, but nowhere near what he used to be

If you really think that's the model, then why do all the Super Bowl teams recently have such heavy investments in their QB's?
