Sorry to hear that T3A...I really am, and i can sympathise...I am pretty sure this matter will be settled before it ever gets to court...I have my daughter on my side and if her mother ever tried to get to crazy it would backfire on her....I have played it as perfectly as possible for 8 years, using 'perfect strategy'...
What sucks is I have to play this game, but I will...I have little choice, I will use every card I have .... I don't think my Ex wants to rock the boat too much because my daughter will eventually realize what's up, and resent her mother.....
I'm sure there are a high percentage of us in the same boat...and i can't even regret it because i do have my daughter from it....

The courts are obviously biased in favor of women in custody of children. Also, awarding women with high child support payments. Partly I would not doubt so their courts will always have business.

yea funny despite all the court BS and wasted money, having time with your child is priceless.
for anyone who doesn't believe how f - ed up family court is, go rent Kramer vs Kramer, that movie is 25 years old, but the same bias is still there today. Whatever you do, never go to court expecting justice is one of the expensive lessons I have learned.

Reminds me of a guy I worked with, he made about 40-50 k a year. His address was a PO box. He basically floated around from couch to couch, had no car, ate nothing but bologna sandwiches. They take that money out of your check before you get it.
Personally children irritate me. I never want any. I'd flee the country, wind up in prison or off myself before I'd pay child support.

Ballpark figure on one child ? I'm sure there are more than a few of us in this situation.....and to be completely honest I have been lucky to this point as I do atleast get to see my child half the week...
Recapping; I see my child 50% of the time and still have to pay child support, meaning not only do I pay for her when i have her but must foot the bill while her mother has her....LMFAO and the kicker, my ex-wife doesn't even work

American men let feminism get out of hand by putting up with too much sh*t instead of behaving like a good pimp when the situation called for it. Huge child support payments and a debt-based economy on the verge of collapse are the natural consequences.

Most of the guys who get taken for child support are these same "nice guy" types who can't figure out how to pick up a woman, or what women really want.
Women can spot these guys a mile away and use these suckers to support them for the next 2 decades while her and her "bad boy" boyfriend live it up at the suckers expense.
