i'll be 46 in a few days .
i walk 4 miles on the beach about 5 days a week. i was playing singles tennis 2 to 4 times a week. need to get back into that . might start jogging part of that walk , but i know my knees will hurt.
i got myself out of shape for several years and now feel the pain of trying to be as active as a 25 year year old again.
my body hurts .
i played golf yesterday and feel a little sore . i play at a high level and can hit the ball as well as any club pro . so after a round , i can feel it in my back and neck.
just wondering what the old guys do around here .
