having a reset day. Had sesame chicken and fried rice for lunch. will probably have just a shake for dinner later, haven't been very hungry the past day or two, so figured a cheat meal might jump start me. still sitting at down 19 lbs

well guys its not only that .. his diet is incomplete .. all he is focused on is input, totally ignoring the output .. so we can debate
wether diets are effective weight loss strategies or not.. but for those that say yes it is .. then we need to evaluate the specific diet
