I put it that way because of the type of diet he is on.

low Carb / no carb , Pizza isn't on the menu

I understand. Hopefully,one can learn to modify to accommodate pizza and not have to cheat once their diet has ran its course...

avocado will have an effect on the color of your bowel movement .. olive oil will coat and settle your stomach
and allow the bm's to be more free and easy

Hey Slap , my bad it’s my fault , but I meant well ..

tracking diet without tracking bowel movements is like guys
that go to gym and never do legs just chest and bicep ..

further i think Kidman knows this and his evasiveness means to me that he is
hiding something and this is a good place to just air it out without
the embarrassment of doing it in person .. but carry on without me gentleman. My apologies Kidman and the rest

having a reset day. Had sesame chicken and fried rice for lunch. will probably have just a shake for dinner later, haven't been very hungry the past day or two, so figured a cheat meal might jump start me. still sitting at down 19 lbs

I agree that a cheat meal would be good to reactivate your appetite. Keeps the body working efficiently too as it gets too used to the keto diet . Just dont go crazy cause 1 cheat meal could turn into a 3 day binge.

well guys its not only that .. his diet is incomplete .. all he is focused on is input, totally ignoring the output .. so we can debate
wether diets are effective weight loss strategies or not.. but for those that say yes it is .. then we need to evaluate the specific diet
he is using , in this case he is ignoring " bowel movement evaluation / analysis " so yes he is wasting his time

i found a great app that we allows followers to monitor you're progress , like we are here but can assist better ..

also using a 3M sensor bowel movement data is uploaded in near real time

kidman .. how much force did you use for your post meal bowel movement from yesterdays meal squash/avocado/olive oil..

use 1 to 10 scale /.. 1 being barely able to reach the toilet without moving bowels .. and 10 being one with a grunt/ or growl with abdomen muscles
fully activated / lower half/ hip shift
