I was not around when that went down (1998 I guess) and neither was present Rx. management. We will be glad to re-evaluate the case on it's merits should the player come forward.
I am not going to be held hostage by something previous ownership did back in the late 90's. This site does is't very best to help players at all times. We are running a business and BOS advertising here is part of that business no matter how much you do not like it.
I ask again why hasn't he presented himself if this is such a serious issue?
That so called no-pay list was totally out of date and was something I lobbied to have dismantled for a long time and finally did so when I became head moderator. Absolutely irrevelent to the facts as they stand today in this old case.
Ask previous management. The current Rx. management has NO problems with BOS. Again sorry if that offends you or anyone else. The bottom line is - The Rx. is certain all legitimate disputes with BOS will be ruled with fairly and promptly.
I have no problems saying that the enitity known as BOS that advertises here at The Rx. has no outstanding debts. How many times are we going to re-hash the Billy Walters or his beard (whatever) debt? that was between Gary K and the player period, not this group that operates the publicly traded BetOnSports.

hno:Frog- give it a rest. You and your moderator parnoia. I am the person that has to get involvd whenever anyone unfairly bashes one of our sponser books. BOS did not create this SBA site and had nothing to do with the way it was designed (SBR rip-off). The entire thread is an inaccurate portrayal of BOS oerating pracitces. This is a case of an affilaite agent trying to drum up business on the internet.

It is your job and your job alone to do your due dilagence to make sure you are sending your funds to the proper books. You should not use banner ads to choose where you send your money. You need to search the forums and read the post of the players who put there hard earned money in these books and read there experiences. Thats the only way to know where to send your money.
I would not care if ESB is a platinum sponser of this site. The posters are the watchdog, not the banners.
That is a chance we are going to have to take. I advise anyone who finds any advetiser book here offensive to please not use the site.
I repeat this is a business - we have sportsbooks that pay us to advertise and we back them all 100% if that is not enough for you then I am truly sorry.
