The thing I noticed is that on his loss, he didn't double his bet looking to win 1 unit over the loss/win stretch, he bet trying to pick up the 1 unit on the game he was betting, the unit he didn't win on the loss, plus the lost money from the loss. I thought it was just going to be bet to recoup loss and pick up 1 unit, not 2. That makes it even more perilous and costly when you lose 2 straight. Losing 2 straight right now wipes out all the winnings.

sbbc, you can't give someone credit for winning when they are blatantly ignoring the mathematics behind gambling. All you are doing is encouraging him when what he really needs is 'tough love'.

frankster, how many plays before it is not luck? 50 is a drop in the ocean. Assuming you do profit you will need hundreds of picks before you can even think about forming some sort of conclusion.

I will tell everyone how I get my picks if/when I get to 50 units. If I do not make it then no one will want to listen. The story of how I came across this and how I get my picks will probably blow your mind. I am a middle grades science teacher so I have the summers off. I have followed this system for 3 years and have made it to fifty plays every time. I then take the money and run. I play a lot of golf and live four hours from the beach. My summers are great. I am not greedy and enjoy the opportunities this system has offered me. I do not mean to be defensive or cocky, that is typically not how I am. A lot of people spew there understanding of gambling as truth on this forum and are not winners, only critics. I understand that no one wins every year. Bucsfan has had losing seasons and is currently getting cracked on at another forum for his methods of handicapping. I guess it goes with the territory of posting. I am just having some fun. Again, I will post how I do it when/if I get to fifty. I have not ever had more than 3 losses in a row and will split the losses if I have to with future plays. Especially if the next play is over -250. Those plays make the recoup expensive as hell. But I trust the system. Foolish or not I have much fun in the sun because of this system. No plays today. I recoup the loss on the next play or two so after 50 plays I will have $5000 for the summer. It works for me.
I dont agree with the people bashing you on here. You arent being cocky, and you really dont come off that way. You're just sharing your system, and I for one, am interested to see how it turns out for you. Most people on this board have their own fancy ways of picking picks, some get a lot of hype, etc, but at the end of the day its all about how much money youve made. +11 units is better than 90% of the posters on this board including myself.
I think most of the posters appreciate you sharing this system with us, and Im sure others will begin to get interested once you start getting closer to the 50 game mark. (which is a drop in the ocean though)

You may have never lost 3 in a row so far but it is very likely to happen in the future. Outcomes are all based on probabilities, so the chance is there to lose 3 in a row and it is not nearly as unlikely as you may think. How would things be if you did lose 3 in a row?
If you gamble to make money then feel free to drop the progression. If you gamble for fun then go ahead and do whatever makes you happy. Either way, don't expect to have profited at the end of it and just be happy if you do. Having such specific expectations is a little silly in sportsbetting.

Sorry SBBC, it's not opinion, it's math. There are not opinions about basic math like this, just right and wrong. This system is Russian Roulette, with about a 100 chamber gun. It may well win over 50 wagers, but the rules of binomial distribution will not permit ANY Martingale system to win in the long run.
