Let's make a wager then that the "tactic" used by the officer is in any law enforcement training manual or more specific in the MPD training manual...

Pretty simple really...put your money where your mouth is...

You produce the manual and show me where the tactic used is in it...I say it is not in there.

Don't back track and lie like you usually do...put up your $$$$...produce the manual and show me where the tactic is in the MPD manual...Real easy money for you.

A preliminary autopsy report by the Hennepin County Medical Examiner found "no physical findings that support a diagnosis of traumatic asphyxia or strangulation," according to the criminal complaint released by the Hennepin County Attorney's Office.

The report added: "The combined effects of Mr. Floyd being restrained by the police, his underlying health conditions and any potential intoxicants in his system likely contributed to his death."

The combination of drugs, being arrested and his preexisting condition caused his death

and there went the murder conviction

Underlying health conditions? Wtf is this? So you mean to tell me a cop can only get charged with murder if the victim is healthy? Lmfao wow. On with the riots.

What drugs was he doing? So you’re saying he overdosed?

Technically, no cop killing is premeditated. They are called and they respond to the call. So how can it be premeditated?

The questions you have to ask is, was there unnecessary force? Did the victim resist? Citizens pay for their mistakes when they make mistakes and break the law. Police don’t.

Im speaking generally. I’m not saying he didn’t have conditions. Or he wasn’t fucked up or those didn’t contribute. But I can guarantee you if that was a random person instead of a cop, it would be murder.

Which further proves my point. Cops are not held to the same standard and laws as their superior citizens are, unfortunately.

Premeditation can be almost instantaneously - if the cop took at his gun and started shooting people one by one in the crowd he would be charged with murder one (it looks like Minny does use common law like Georgia) - hence the third degree murder in this case

To prove the murder charge - the first element is some has to be dead - check - the second element is that the cop CAUSED the death - no check - third element would be a depraved heart

If I stand on someone’s neck for 5 mins - I’m pretty sure they would die regardless if they can run a 7 min mile with 120 over 80 blood pressure
