Got a bad feeling about this autopsy

We tell them to give us their phone, put their (inaudible) thing back and everything and he was also drunk and everything and return to give us our cigarettes back and so he can, so he can go home but he doesn't want to do that, and he's sitting on his car cause he is awfully drunk and he's not in control of himself. ​

That is a big issue why he isn't being charged. How much damage did the knee do? And what does that charge llok like if there is one?I would guess they could claim it didn't kill him and may not have even had an affect. Seems like there was at least negligence in not addressing his medical concerns when they could have done something and there was no need for a knee on the neck as he was cuffed. Best case scenario it is insanely bad optics

That part of it wont take long at all no way they teach cops to put all their weight on a cuffed Mans neck for 6 minutes after hes no longer a threat with 3 other cops there too...

nailed it. The other 4 still need to be arrested though. The standing officer was an accomplice at minimum. Fuck he was in earshot of hearing the Floyd cry that he was in pain.

What I DO know is I have a close friend who is in law enforcement(over 35 years both local and federal...very well known training instructor and published author on the subject of law enforcement training.)...that is where I got my INFO...

Take another L and move on this subject is a no win for you.
