Caller:
Um someone comes our store and give us fake bills and we realize it before he left the store, and we ran back outside, they was sitting on their car. We tell them to give us their phone, put their (inaudible) thing back and everything and he was also drunk and everything and return to give us our cigarettes back and so he can, so he can go home but he doesn't want to do that, and he's sitting on his car cause he is awfully drunk and he's not in control of himself.

That is a big issue why he isn't being charged. How much damage did the knee do? And what does that charge llok like if there is one?I would guess they could claim it didn't kill him and may not have even had an affect. Seems like there was at least negligence in not addressing his medical concerns when they could have done something and there was no need for a knee on the neck as he was cuffed. Best case scenario it is insanely bad optics

Two things that complicate this case somewhat.

One, I believe he was impaired.

Two, the tactic the cop used may have been authorized and actually trained on in the department (I don't know this to be true).

These two things make the investigation take longer.

That part of it wont take long at all no way they teach cops to put all their weight on a cuffed Mans neck for 6 minutes after hes no longer a threat with 3 other cops there too...

It makes NO SENSE that in this day and age, a veteran white police officer would put his knee on the neck of an African male who is handcuffed behind his back, for 8 minutes, in plain sight of several civilians with iPhone cameras aimed at him, and that 3 other officers participated.

Every white cop in the USA knows he is vulnerable to criticism, but to do it at all, much less this long, in the street, in front of cameras?

No way this is "straight up".

I personally think he is the Richie Incognito of the police force - truly believe the other officer's are most likely intimidated by him and that's why the remained silent - this cop does this all day long to whoever the fuck he wants - 18 complaints - that means at least 100 times he has done something similar - the entire police department knows this guys reputation - that's why the Chief of Police needs to be fired first

L5Y, USC is 4-0 vs SEC, outscoring them 167-48!!!

nailed it. The other 4 still need to be arrested though. The standing officer was an accomplice at minimum. Fuck he was in earshot of hearing the Floyd cry that he was in pain.

One thing...

The "tatic"(if that is what you want to call it) is NOT trained by any law enforcement agency...

Why comment and make a dumb statement you yourself stated to not know if true...face)(*^%

You and I don't know this. You always try to be the smartest man in the room instead of asking questions.

It is trained you do it on the back or shoulder. Most will accept a knee on the neck for a few seconds of control though

And your friend specifically knows the Minneapolis PD doesn't do training of that nature? Of course he doesn't. None of us do. Come on man, why do you want to argue over nonsense. None of us knows if the MPD trains it's cops in that manner. We just don't. Just admit that and quit wasting font.
