SS, offer is good until kickoff of the late Monday night game. I will consider this an RSVP though and you're in on the $100/$100 promo even if you don't make it by kickoff. Just email me jimmy@nine.com if it's after the cut off time. Thanks!

Glad to see this-I was looking in the other thread.

Clarification:

Bonus: 3X for normal deposits, 5X for this $100/$100 promo. No 'sticky' bonuses, all bonuses may be withdrawn.

PeTeep: We have a risk management policy in place to avoid professional movers/beards/scalpers etc. For whatever reason you seem to have been flagged. After a short evaluation period your internet access will be restored if our BM feels it's prudent. I apologize if this has inconvenienced you.

"All bonuses may be withdrawn"

Thank you for the clarification...

Sounds like the book had a good week-end. ;)

Actually whether or not I agree with it all at least they got out here and took on the problems. I respect books for doing that because it can be brutal in the forums at times for them, lot of places just hide and wait out the storm. I still think overall no matter what happens the books come out ahead in the long run by being accessible and answering questions. If you are going to advertise you might as well make the commitment to look in and do what you can when needed. Good luck Nine.....

Degen...I know I have posted this before....no offense meant but The Mods have absoultly 0 to do with what books come onto this site....The mods Moderate the fourm help with contests.greet newbees..etc

now SOME mods like Wil and fish and sportssavant go BEYOND what there title is and offer to HELP in situations....and I think Wil posted he is looking into it Sir

Dante, no offense but that's a shame if true. EVERY mod should be both able and willing to help out one of your readers if they need it. With so much competition out here that makes it known how much support they give their readers I think it's a mistake not to encourage posters to come to you with any potential problems. Especially with an advertiser. If helping players is not part of your job I would never admit it.....

I know Fish and probably Wil can do it but everyone should at least say they would help out. Even if they did nothing but find someone to help the player that would be better than posting it's not your job and possibly some readers thinking getting help here is not possible. If just greeting players and doing contests is more important than assisting players you won't have t worry about having to go beyond the call of duty very long, you won't have many here to give a hand to one day.

Again, no offense to you but I seriously don't think trying to help out someone should be considered beyond any moderators area of responsibility. Just my two cents.

good point Pat.....maybe I should have stated its beyond MY area as I do not do that or have experience in it ....

maybe all of the other Mods do...im not 100% sure, what I do know it is up to them 100% if they want to help ...

Agree, and I am VERY impressed by nine.com addressing the issues that some of the posters here have mentioned.

I sincerely hope Nine.com continues to move forward with a committment to improving. I allready like them very much in my short tenure with them.

Our management takes the feedback on these forums very seriously and thus we have decided to modify some of our policys. Our risk management team has been overly agressive at times in profiling new players and as discussed on this forum months ago we have decided to take both the feedback of therx staff and posters to heart and make changes. It was your collective voice that convinced us to change our "Sticky bonus " policy months ago and it's that same voice that now has us modifying the overly agressive policy that led to Peteep's post. We are absolutely willing to listen to feedback and modify our policys when such policys are deemed to be unfair.

Let's address the policy that led to Peteep's issue. First I would like to thank Peteep for being a class act and publicly apologize on behalf of Nine.com for treating him unfairly. From now on no new player will be pre-judged. Any poster that decides to give Nine.com a chance will absolutely not be pre-limted or pre-judged in any way and can be guaranteed great service and prompt payment.

Fish: We will clarify on our website that our 3X rollover applies to standard bonuses and that special promotional rollovers may differ.

Rob: Tony is a guy I have known for years and was thrilled when he came on board with a us this past summer. I am very impressed with the way we've been collecting talent here. Tony is one of the coolest and most competant guys in the business.

Hitman: While we regret losing you as a customer we feel $250 is fair for overnight limits.

Thanks very much Mason.

Nice to see them address the situation, I personally would be concerned that if someone wins they would have unfair limitations put on them rather quickly. But at least they they've rectified an obvious abuse in this case. Have to give them the benefit of the doubt. On another note, I think it should be more clear, who is and isn't responsible for these matters at the rx. I've always been under the assumption that if I post up at an RX shop that they would go to bat for me if I had a problem. Granted it did eventually happen in this case but it was very disheartening to see many of the mods posting after peteeps post as if nothing happened. Again, it did get resolved and hats off to SS and wilheim for making things right in this case. But I'm sure many posters were confused as I was as to what was going on and why the mods were not getting involved. Alls well that ends well, but might be worth clarification for the future.

DG-- Wilheim responded and contacted Nine.com within 34 min. of reading the post of peteeps original beef with nine.com

It has been only approximently 48 hours since that original post.

Understand, individual mods are not on 24/7, not even close so therefore all can not reply within a certain timeframe.

Understand, there are MANY issues that are handled by the various mods and many are very time consuming and very important also........many that do not even come into the public spotlight.

If I were a poster and came to a forum and and received as much attention in this matter as peteep has thus far, I would feel very satisfied.

AGREED!!!!!

remember guys, we are an advertising platform for books, we do mediation aswell as problem resolution, we can also offer recommendations.... but we cannot GUARANTEE how any bookie will act or react.....

In terms of this case, I think we did a pretty good job if I do say so myself.

Cheers :digit:

I still don't really understand why it would be a decision if a mod wants to help a player or not. Even if he helps only to make sure that player gets to the person who can actually handle what is going it I don't see why there would be a decision to be made on whether or not a mod may or may not help someone. If you are not going to help at least help me get to where I need to go. No one expects any one mod to do everything but not sure the wording of it being up to them on if they want to help out or not sounds that great for the readers. I think in a way that is what Degenerate may have been saying in his last post.

For the record I am not even talking about this scenario, I think this got taken care of and even the book came in personally to respond. I just can't imagine why anyone who is getting paid to work here would announce to the world that they may or may not help someone, it's up to them on if they decide to or not. Anyway I do appreicate the response Dante, I can say something that most people might take personal and they would immediately get real defensive about it yet you seem to understand right off that I don't mean anything malicious about it. It's just my opinion on this subject but doesn't mean I am right. To me it would be a question of mods being overly anxious to help each and every player rather than trying to seek out one who will go beyond their call of duty. Sometimes even if you aren't going to be involved it's best to pretend you want to help every customer with their problems....

I guess since I worked with you in the past you already know I'm a prick so you never get offended any more. ;)

of course I would help in that respect Pat...I meant actually talking to whoever at the book, that I do not do....just being honest ....I hope that clears up what I meant
