I don't think people who deposit only $100 to get their promo will have the problem I have. I'm guessing any deposit over a certain amount gets flagged.

You guys really have to get this book to address these issues.

Am I overreacting here?? I think I'm gonna blow a gasket. We have mods coming in right after a serious allegation against one of their books and saying the guys seems like a COOL CAT??? :monsters-

Rob, I apologize if I am out of line, under your name it says moderator, do you not look into things like what peteep has brought to light? If not who does?? If that is not your role I apologize to you.

Degen, I just called them to inquire about it.

I was on the phone with this guy for a while 'Rob' I believe his name was.

I carefully explained the situation to him and he explained back to me that if what I was saying was true, there is a good reason for it and the player may have possibly been flagged in their data base. Though, we did not discuss peteep specifically. Players treated this way may still phone in normal bets.

I stand firm pat when I say my expierence has been good there. If you do not like the way they treated peteep or whatever then play somewhere else. It's just that simple.

And Dante is right.

You think I am not somewhat concerned Degen?

Of course I am. But I am taking my chances. I am on a so far so good basis.

I wish it had worked out better for peteep, but there is nothing we can do. There are other books to play it, if you feel that unsafe. I just couldnt turn down that bonus.

Clarification:

Bonus: 3X for normal deposits, 5X for this $100/$100 promo. No 'sticky' bonuses, all bonuses may be withdrawn.

PeTeep: We have a risk management policy in place to avoid professional movers/beards/scalpers etc. For whatever reason you seem to have been flagged. After a short evaluation period your internet access will be restored if our BM feels it's prudent. I apologize if this has inconvenienced you.

peteep, you ever played there before?

No, never. That's why I was surprised. Also never played at any of the books from that family (mybookie, betcom etc). Again, it must flag an account if you make a deposit over a certain amount. I remember reading that they once limited wagers on a player simply because they had used therx as a referal. Perhaps they believe forum players are sharp? My name wouldn't be on a database.....I certainly don't do this for a living.

This issue isn't to say the book isn't solid. I imagine they have a boatload of cash. I joined because I got a good bonus, and they have a dimeline for bases and looks like a lot of betting options.

I'm obviously annoyed right now. I will give them the benefit of the doubt and see if they allow internet access soon. I have made 6 plays so far. After a few days I will ask to be given normal access. I will list all my plays I made with them on the forum if they do not, that way everyone can judge if my plays were "sharp".

Mason, (nine.com)

logic dictates that you guys really need to nub this in the toe & make this better ASAP....

what that means is give the 'profiled' customers a 250$ on line limit as peteep requested.....

much appreciated & keep us posted. :103631605

We are very happy that so many posters have taken advantage of this promotion and we appreciate the tremendous feedback!

Our management takes the feedback on these forums very seriously and thus we have decided to modify some of our policys. Our risk management team has been overly agressive at times in profiling new players and as discussed on this forum months ago we have decided to take both the feedback of therx staff and posters to heart and make changes. It was your collective voice that convinced us to change our "Sticky bonus " policy months ago and it's that same voice that now has us modifying the overly agressive policy that led to Peteep's post. We are absolutely willing to listen to feedback and modify our policys when such policys are deemed to be unfair.

Let's address the policy that led to Peteep's issue. First I would like to thank Peteep for being a class act and publicly apologize on behalf of Nine.com for treating him unfairly. From now on no new player will be pre-judged. Any poster that decides to give Nine.com a chance will absolutely not be pre-limted or pre-judged in any way and can be guaranteed great service and prompt payment.

Fish: We will clarify on our website that our 3X rollover applies to standard bonuses and that special promotional rollovers may differ.

Rob: Tony is a guy I have known for years and was thrilled when he came on board with a us this past summer. I am very impressed with the way we've been collecting talent here. Tony is one of the coolest and most competant guys in the business.

Hitman: While we regret losing you as a customer we feel $250 is fair for overnight limits.

Also, we will fix the link leading to our old 'sticky bonus' policy tomorrow morning. That text is incorrect.
