I just joined 9com. I had to "live chat" to get the $100, but they did what they said and even gave me the netteller fee also. Excellent customer service. It took about 5 minutes to sign up and get the bonus.

Tony in customer service A+++, I must have been on the phone for about 20 minutes with him just shooting the breeze. One of the coolest cats I have ever talked to off the shore.

My initial impression of them is nothing short of 10 out of 10

I don't think people who deposit only $100 to get their promo will have the problem I have. I'm guessing any deposit over a certain amount gets flagged.

You guys really have to get this book to address these issues.
