Royals/Mariners

Here's the Royals/M's sheet for today, looks like it leans to the under with a range of 8-11 runs projected, average 9.7. Typically when the projection is this close to the line it goes under, thus the lean. GL

pops you think Randy Johnson still washed up today, bonds out today and you got one side the aging wonders with the other side fresh out of high school with the exception of johnson.

Don't normally cheer for something I don't have a bet on but today I'm really pulling for Scott Verplank. He's grew up here and met Byron Nelson when Byron looked him up when he was a boy phenom. He won the US amateur and the Western open, which was his 1st tournament as a pro. Later diabetes nearly ended his career but the new insulin pump has got him going pretty well for a middle aged guy.
Winning this tournament would be so sweet because as a kid he worked as a volunteer carrying the placard.

mbb is not johnson or wells over the hill bunch. prob with sun it's an under day, most games go under on sunday, hung over from a big sat night and all have to get up early to pack and move for the next series of games

can lose on rockies, but hopefully more than 1 more run in the next 3 innings. most prob had nyy ov 10- -110 worse case

bunbury is in the barrel this week, so as soon as all the monday stuff comes up i'll update everything and send it to geppi

fyi, for new beaver queens to the thread, il posts thread high light notes every week, so those that have excel 2007 and can use pivot table can still hop on the train. it's all a matter of "contribution" not piss ass picks that get you the ride

not going to go to the casino tonight to ride "the rick" train, as i dont like to be the hanger queen every night, but the money is sure sweet, i guess were all whores at heart

q&a if you got em

I thought that a "hanger queen" was a airplane that always needed maintenance. Has that changed?

they were told not to use that fucken thing to cook the ball, mbb was so fucken pissed last year about the who thing and mlb not taking a position on it sooner. i'm looking at low humidity there again today, 20 or less range and almost no wind so if they swing the bats it could be a decent day for runs. 11 is a big number by so far this year 11 and 12 are 4-1 over

Pops I'm confused. Is using a humidor definitely against MLB rules this year? Tks

all the teams are required to keep the ball prior to the game at a specific temp and humidity, i had the exact numbers early in the season, something like 70-50, it's prob in the high light notes someplace

right now i wish i would have paid the extra time juice on the rockies game, looks like it's going to end on 11, two run cut down at the plate, plus the tripple play, jones would have score on that double making it 7-5
